Sensational location, attentive reception staff... Just as you would expect in a 5 star hotel.
The piano bar and restaurant are of the same standard. The spa is only available by reservation and is limited... which is disappointing... the fact that you can get some fresh air is also a negative. The fitness room is in the neighboring/partner hotel and is equipped with basic equipment... that's also questionable! But an instructor is usually on site!
The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the view is fantastic...

The location is good, the place is very a**ospheric and authentic... the food in the restaurant is delicious, the breakfasts are varied... it’s a pity that the room service is only up to 22(((spa zone is too small even for two, and it’s a pity that there is no pool inside the villa

Excellent overall! Absolutely wonderful location (accessible only by taxi) whether day or night! A wonderful DeLuxe room overlooking the lake! The size, the materials of the highest quality and the finest design. Excellent food in the bistro, since the restaurant was fully booked! Unfortunately only one night a.Gr. from a lot of work in Lugano (visiting a great performance in the Arte and Kultur Center). Unfortunately, the fitness/sauna were still closed, but the private spa could be booked before departure on Sunday morning... good alternative. The gardens all around heavenly! The team was super professional, extremely friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward and already dreaming of my next visit to the Villa Leopolde... heartily recommended for connoisseurs of fine and good things... Denise Welten in Zurich

Weekend di coppia in una Location con vista mozzafiato. Personale educato e gentile. Suite con vista lago dotata di tutti i confort. Ristorante con piatti unici e buonissimi. Unico appunto, colazione povera rispetto agli standard dell’hotel.
