Well maintained hotel with nearby bus stop which makes the city center available in a few minutes. Pleasant terrace for breakfast. Coming for 3 days we finally extended it by one night for which we benefited from a favorable price. Pleasant staff with one exception, she will undoubtedly recognize herself 🤫

The hotel is dated and deserves to be renovated. The furniture is more like camping furniture. The breakfast is rather poor. Room 303 is poorly located and lacks sunlight. The price/performance ratio is poor and the room price is too high CHF 245. The bicycle workshop smells of oil throughout the establishment.

The best pillows I've had in Switzerland, but that's about where it stops. As soon as I walked up, the building looked dated. Walking to the room the halls smelt weird. The paint was cracking on the walls in the room and the towels were starting to fray. Watch out for the shower. While it was warm and good water pressure, the step in and out was borderline dangerous. Staff were nice and friendly, and we did get an included bus pass, which would have been nice before arriving as the walk is about 10-15 with light luggage. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Felt like it was bought from the supermarket. The room was clean, but felt old with the plastic chairs.
