Renovated, new, very welcoming rooms. Nothing is missing. Simple but plentiful breakfast. Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming, kindness at the highest levels. Highly recommended......

Located very close to the center with all services within reach without using the car, among other things with reserved parking. Clean and quite comfortable rooms, very kind and available staff at any time for every need. Very convenient price-quality for the family. Abundant breakfast. I would recommend it to friends.

We stayed in this hotel for the Chris**as water polo tournament on the advice of some parents of last year's athletes. The facility is welcoming, clean and the staff is attentive and professional. We took advantage of the good breakfast and the luggage storage. Allow me to point out only a small adjus**ent in the bathrooms of the rooms which would be more complete if they were equipped with a shower cubicle instead of the somewhat obsolete curtain. For the rest everything is ok! Thank you

Our stay here was fine. The room and hotel can use some updates but it was okay for two nights. The room was basic. Not the most comfortable bed in my opinion, but it wasn’t the worst either. No safe in the room. The balcony was nice and had pretty good views. Staff was cordial and helpful. Location is excellent, close to the lake, shopping, restaurants, bus.

I stopped for dinner in their wonderful restaurant I ate polenta and game 😋 delicious. I was welcomed by Lucio and the staff very well and I stopped to sleep, new rooms just renovated with a very refined taste, quiet, clean room, I slept well, well done to Mrs. Manuela in charge. Hotel in the center of Lugano, a few steps from the lake and in the centre. Thanks 🤗 I'll be back Massimo FF

My partner and I met in this hotel, for us it is more a place of beautiful memories that took us up to our wedding day, where they welcomed us with a beautiful greeting card.
