1) close to train station (only plus point)
2) room not clean (dusty )
3) room very old as for me get used to modern hotel
4) would not consider next time … as my expectation is different
5) overprice (maximum chf100 per night)

Recomendamos este sitio 100%, limpieza absoluta, super tranquilo, cerca del centro, habitaciones cómodas, desayuno muy bueno y el trato de 10, son mucho más que amables, durante nuestra estancia nos trataron muy bien. Mi nota del 1 al 10 es de 10. Esperando volver pronto.

Auf der Durchreise zurück aus Griechenland übernachtete ich für eine Nacht im Hotel Besso in Lugano, das eine relativ günstige Option in Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs ist - weniger als 5 Minuten oberhalb an der Hauptstraße. Das Hotel ist wirkt eher einfach und schmucklos, ich wurde aber nett empfangen und mein Zimmer in einem der oberen Geschosse hatte alles Notwendige, war sauber und hatte darüber hinaus einen schönen Blick auf den See. Alles lief professionell ab und ich war mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zufrieden. Gerade als Bahnreisender macht man hier sicher nichts falsch.

Die Unterkunft ist für ein 2 Stern Hotel super.
Freundliches Personal....wie selten.
Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof ist super.
Das Frühstück war Bescheiden, da ich vor Ort auf Montage war genügte dies für uns und das wichtigste der Kaffee ist sehr gut....

Trop bruyant durant la nuit, des clients ont tapé très fort la porte plusieurs fois et on a entendu des cris. Cela nous a empêché de dormir, dommage.
