Einige Zimmer sind schon renoviert, aber auch die noch nicht renovierten sind sauber und gut unterhalten (wir waren in einem noch unrenovierten Zimmer). Insbesondere die Betten hatten aus unserer Sicht sehr gute Matrazen, aber das ist natürlich immer Ansichtssache. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Ein nicht gut funktionierender Duschablauf (gibt es halt immer wieder mal) wurde umgehend durchgespült. Das Morgenessen wurde corona-konform mit viel Liebe vorbereitet. Die Menge war gerade richtig! Das Hotel liegt 5 Fussminuten beim Bahnhof und ist sehr zentral in einer aber recht ruhigen Seitenstrasse (30er Zone) gelegen. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen! P.S. Voraussichtlich ab September oder Oktober 2021 ist das Hotel dann für weitere Sanierungen wieder geschlossen.

Les personnes étaient très accueillantes et aidantes : arrivée avant le Check-in et nous avons eu directement accès à la chambre; et avant le départ, ils nous ont laissé une clef de la porte d’entrée pour aller rechercher nos bagages.
Une terrasse superbe, à 2 pas de la gare : top !

Die Inhaber sind jederzeit für Dich da. Super sympathisch und immer freundlich. Sehr schöne Zimmer - sauber und extrem bequeme Betten! Schöner Pool und das Highlight ist da Zmorgen. Ich war schon in der ganzen Welt unterwegs, doch so ein fantastisches Brot habe ich noch nie bekommen!

L’hotel è situato in una posizione molto comoda per la stazione di Lugano e il centro città. La camera è spartana e ha giusto l’essenziale, pulita. Il bagno è piccolissimo e non confortevole. Manca qualsiasi tipo di accessorio nel bagno. Condizionatore rumorosissimo, impossibile da utilizzare soprattutto la notte. Accoglienza e reception praticamente inesistenti. Prezzo della camera:160 franchi senza colazione. Davvero esagerato per il servizio offerto.

Aufgrund der Lage zum Bahnhof und dem Preisangebot habe ich dieses Hotel gebucht. Bei der Ankunft war alles sehr freundlich und der Empfang war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer ist kleiner als erwartet und auch schon älter. Jedoch mehrheitlich sauber und das grosse Bett aufwertend. Das Bad ebenfalls älter, aber bis auf geringen Wasserdruck auch ohne weitere Beanstandungen. Was mich aber dann sehr störte, waren die Belagserneuerungen, welche bis um 03.30 Uhr dauerten und von meinem Zimmer aus in 50m Distanz stattfanden. Zuerst den alten Belag rausgefräst (ab 21.00 Uhr) und dann mit Maschinen ab Mitternacht eingebaut. Die Hotelleitung kann hier nichts dafür, aber einen Hinweis oder eine Preisreduktion wären sicher wünschenswert gewesen. Das Frühstück war corona konform bereits auf einem Tablett pro Zimmer bereit und reichte aus.

Gutes Stadthotel nähe Bahnhof, freundlicher gut organisierter Empfang auch wenn Reception nicht besetzt. Saubere neu renovierte Zimmer mit A/C gute Fenster, Lärm bleibt draussen, ideal für kurz Städteurlaub. Gutes Frühstück, kleines Pool zum Abschalten, Nachteil kein Parkplatz blaue Zone, hat aber Parking in der Nähe
