Wir wurden sehr freundliche empfangen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemäss Ausschreibung ausgestattet. Die zentrale Lage, das grosse Zmorgenbuffet sowie das äusserst freundliche Personal und die Besitzer sind Gründe, um bald wieder einmal im Hotel zu übernachten.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage! Gutes sauberes Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück, gratis Ticinoticket, alles Tiptop! Busbahnhof ist gegenüber und ermöglicht weitere Reisen ausserhalb Lugano zu machen! Tipp: Olivenbaumpfad!

Confermo quanto scritto in occasione del precedente soggiorno di Ottobre 2023: "Soggiorno piacevole. L'hotel è centrale, confortevole. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile per ogni richiesta. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Le nostre stanze accoglienti, pulitissime. Colazione varia e abbondante. Lo consiglio e sicuramente ci torneremo." Ci siamo tornate e sarà il nostro hotel di riferimento a Lugano

Hotel rundum perfekt. Es gibt in meinen Augen nichts zu kritisieren. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle , saubere Zimmer. Frühstück sehr gut. Wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt, auch um 0930. Super Zentrale Lage. OK, Umgebung mit Shopping, Bars und Restaurants, fühlte mich wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und haben A/C. Einfach rundum perfekt für einen City Aufenthalt. Parkplatz vorhanden, das mitten in der Stadt. Man bekommt für die Tage, die man dort verbringt, das Ticino Ticket. Bus, Bahn, Postauto etc. inbegriffen. Man kann viele Ausflüge machen. Super öv. !

Excellent accueil, mérite ses trois étoiles Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié chambre agréable, bonne literie Hôtel calme, mais cependant au centre de ville J'y reviendrai lors d'un séjour à Lugano

Das Hotel Zurigo liegt an einer ausgezeichneten Lage, nahe vom Busbahnhof und vom Zentrum. Das Hotelteam ist sehr hilfsbereit und das Frühstücksbuffet grosszügig. Die Betten sind bequem und alles ist zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Très bon emplacement, à 2 pas du centre vile et du lac, en face du terminal des bus. Climatisation dans les chambres Petit déjeuner buffet copieux avec un grand choix. Personnel accueillant et sympathique
