The new hotel, the hardware facilities are very good, almost impeccable, the fly in the ointment is that the service cannot keep up. We arrived at about 7:30 in the evening. There was no sign of the parking lot at the door, and no one to guide the parking. We had to go to the front desk and ask before parking, and then return to the front desk to check in. When I arrived in the room, I wanted to order a meal. The whole room was found and there was no menu. The phone number on the landline was also unavailable. After calling the front desk, I was told a mobile phone number and asked us to dial the order by ourselves. However, the mobile phone number was three No one answered four times, so I could only contact the front desk again, which was very ups and downs. The soundproofing effect of the villa was average, and we were unlucky enough to meet very ”talkative” ”neighbors”. Until 12:30 in the evening, a group of men were still in the courtyard with the door open and chatting, laughing and talking. After repeatedly falling asleep and being awakened, I could only ask the front desk to assist in communication. After three phone calls, I finally calmed down. Only two bottles of mineral water were delivered in the room, and most of them need to be charged by the bottle (double the price in the market). In fact, the hotel that is the main hot spring can send a few more bottles. After all, after soaking in the hot spring, you will be thirsty and need a lot of water to replenish the guests. It will feel better. Similarly, two more towels can also be provided. There are not many choices for breakfast at the hotel, but the taste is not bad. The service attitude of the hotel staff is quite good, and the delivery is very fast. I have written so much because as a former hotel industry practitioner, I may be picky about the service, but overall it is a good experience and it is worth it.

We chose the suite. The room is large. The hotel is novel and odor-free. It is clean and comfortable. Especially the service staff is very impressed. The lady surnamed Zhuang saw us driving over and ran out of the hotel lobby. Help us guide the car to park. The needs we put forward are very enthusiastic to solve. There is also a lady who wears black clothes to clean up. I really didn’t expect to meet my standards here. The service staff here really have a sense of service. If you want to make some suggestions, The shower room is a bit blocked  I hope to maintain the carpet and don’t have a smell.

The hotel is very good in the local area. It has free breakfast and upgraded the room type. I stayed for two consecutive nights. It was comfortable and sleepy. It is recommended to friends who go, and it is also suitable for parents and children.
