This property is beautifully maintained with all new fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is also new and the dishes are all new, matching and set for 4 people. Parking on the street was easy and free. The unit is on the ground floor so only one or two steps to get inside. It is not on the waterfront, but one one block away from the water, and a 5 minute walk to the bridge to the old city.
We ate both nights at Restaurant "Giardin", around the block, and it was good and reasonable, with indoor and outdoor tables.
We also had a fantastic walking tour with Igor at Free Spirit Tours.

The apar**ent has been furnished recently with style. Overall a very nice stay.
No disturbing noice from the street.
Bed was comfortable.
Fully functional kitchen with ceramic stove, oven and fridge.
Big shower.
Cons:
Shower hose has a leak.
Frying pans are worn out.

This would be a fabulous apar**ent for a long stay. They had everything: dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge. The shower was nice and large.
One note: if you are going to use the sofa bed, you need to let them know in advance. They only have sheets for it in the apar**ent if you tell them explicitly that you will be using the sofa bed.
We especially loved the location. It is quiet and peaceful, but it is also in very easy walking distance to Old Town Zadar and all the touristy stuff.
The suite is on the ground floor, but it is very safe.
