Downtown Boutique Hostel ★★
"The hotel is super well-located in the old town, but be warned, parking is very difficult. The downside of our stay was that we wanted to use the hotel's laundry service to wash our clothes. Two of my t-shirts came back with several stains, as did one pair of shorts."
Hyatt Regency Zadar ★★★★★
"Nice hotel. Bright and clean. Very good location if you are not looking for something inside of the Old Town. Nonetheless, there is a ferry that can take you across to Old Town for EUR 1. Surrounding has got plenty of restaurants and cafes."
Hotel A'Mare ★★★
"Very nice buffet breakfast with so many choices. Though the room is not spacious but it’s decent and tidy. Walkable distance to old town and we enjoyed the stay so much."
Boutique Hostel Forum ★★★
"A youth hostel similar to a capsule warehouse. The location is very good. It is right in the center of the city. Zadar is not expensive, but hotels are really expensive. This price is acceptable. It is within a 5-minute walk from the airport bus drop-off point and the day tour meeting point."
Bastion Heritage Hotel ★★★★
"The location is excellent, three minutes' walk from the Sea Organ. Located at the end of the old city, it's a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle. Although it is a small hotel, it has complete facilities and the bathroom is spacious, bright and comfortable. Especially the morning service is very considerate, and the freshly ground espresso tastes very good. There are also various cooked breakfast specials with eggs made to order. Because they were so delicious, I ordered fried egg with avocado toast for breakfast two days in a row. It was a very good experience. I will choose this hotel again if I come back next time. The only drawback is that Ctrip posted a notice saying that there is a free pick-up service. We made a reservation with Ctrip in advance. Then when we called the hotel one night in advance to confirm, we were told that they did not have this service at all. We could only take a taxi to the hotel ourselves. I hope Ctrip will further verify whether the information given to us is wrong?"
Deluxe Dino Room ★★★
Luxury Rooms - FOR GIFT ★★★★
"The apartment, located in the old town, was a very comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and handsome; he even helped me carry my large suitcase upstairs – I was very grateful. Because it's in the old town, nearby attractions are within walking distance, which is very convenient. There are supermarkets and bakeries downstairs, which is also very convenient. The room was clean and hygienic. The only downside was that if you're a light sleeper, the old town bells would ring out intermittently."
Villa Valentina ★★★
"It was so memorable. So kind and delicious"
Teatro Verdi Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel is located near the Sea Organ, very close to major attractions, and you can take a walk on the beach after waking up in the morning. The hotel facilities are exquisite, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are quite spacious."

Palazzo Venezia-Adults Only
Villa Triana-Adults Only
"We had a gorgeous big room with wrap around balcony and wonderful views of the sea. The location is great with a supermarket, bakery and lots of restaurants nearby. There’s a very efficient bus service to the old town just outside. We called ahead and our room was ready early so thank you to Loretta snd Igor for this snd all the other efforts they made to ensure we had a lovely stay. Loved the fact the sea was right outside the hotel."
Apartments & Rooms Mareta Exclusive
"Overall not bad"
Hotel Delfin
"We recently stayed at a beautiful hotel that truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team were incredibly warm and helpful, making me feel welcome straight away. The location could not have been better, set right by the sea with breathtaking views that I never tired of waking up to. The food was another highlight—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with plenty of choice to suit every pallet. Everything ran so smoothly that we genuinely cannot fault a single thing about our stay. It was the perfect combination of comfort, great service, and stunning surroundings, and I left already looking forward to returning. A1"
B&B Demar Residence & Dependance
"We arrived at the hotel very late at night. The owner was waiting at the main entrance, and the car was parked in front of the room. After a brief check-in, we went into the room. The room was nicely decorated and looked new and beautiful. The room was relatively small and did not have a luggage rack. The bathroom door had a mirror facing the front, which was confusing and made it easy to bump into the mirror. We paid 20 euros for breakfast, but we forgot that breakfast was not included in the room, and the selection was limited."
Hotel Kolovare
"There is nothing in the room, no slippers, no kettle, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It seems to be like this here and the price is very high."
Villa Liburnum
"The overall feeling is very good, the decoration is new, a little smelly, but there is no elevator. Fortunately, it is on the second floor and the boss lady helped to move the luggage. For breakfast, you have to go to the top floor of a building next door. There is an elevator but it is broken."
Hotel Mediteran
"The room facilities are relatively simple and slightly old, but the cleanliness is acceptable. The lack of an elevator is a bit of an obstacle for ladies."
Luxury Hedone Apartment Near the Bridge with Private Spa Zone
Falkensteiner Hotel Adriana - Adults Only
"The room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel environment was nice. The only regret was that the hotel didn't have an elevator, which was a challenge for tourists coming from far away and greatly reduced the experience."
Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik
"Great hotel, great service, delicious food and a paradise for children, we'll be back ☺️"
Falkensteiner Premium Mobile Homes and Camping Zadar
"It’s great place to stay and we extended one more additional day to stay"
Luxury Rooms Contessa Vitali
"This hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes from the entrance of the ancient city. It is not convenient to go up a lot of stairs to the hotel room. Fortunately, the hotel staff helped me lift it up. The hotel staff was dark at night, but the hotel staff was very kind and the hotel room was clean. The hotel room environment was a bit comfortable. Exquisite homestay"
Art Hotel Kalelarga
"The hotel is located in the center of Zadar's old town, on the pedestrian street, so you need to walk in. There are many parking spaces around but they are quite full, and the parking fees are relatively cheap. The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite big, and the location is so central. There is a Japanese restaurant downstairs where you can also have breakfast. The staff are very nice. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sea Organ."
Almayer Art & Heritage Adults Only Hotel and Dépendance Rooms
"The hotel is in a good location, with few and exquisite rooms."
Velvet Rooms & More
"This is a self-check-in hotel, there is free parking at the door, very convenient! The room was clean and tidy, and there were free snacks in the hotel lobby."
