"A pleasant hotel, located within an easy walk from the old town of Zadar. Modern hotel. The room with a higher standard in terms of size was fine, not too big, but the bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table fit. The bathroom was elegant, with a shower cabin. A plus for the set of cosmetics and a normal hair dryer and glass glasses. I missed a coffee or tea set in the room or ideally - an espresso machine. There was no fridge in the room either. An elegant restaurant connected to the lobby. Breakfasts were good and we had quite a large selection. Hot - scrambled eggs/fried eggs, sausages/sausages; cold - we had savoury cold cuts, cheeses and other additions. Lovers of sweet breakfasts will not go hungry either - good yoghurts, fruits and cereals. Minus for coffee - the espresso machine does not dispense enough for so many people, at least 2 would be useful. Another minus for the ”juice” machine - awful, artificial. It is better to just give some from a carton. Overall a very pleasant hotel with polite and helpful staff - I would definitely stay there again."

The only drawback is that the breakfast variety is not as rich as expected, but the afternoon tea is produced 👍"

"The location is in the old city of Zadar, with the church and the clock tower on the side. There will be some noise in the morning, because there are tourists downstairs. At the same time, the house is an old wooden house, and the footsteps upstairs can be heard clearly. If you are worried about being disturbed by sleeping, other options may be better."

"Advantages: The front desk lady is very good, there is no elevator to help carry the suitcase, breakfast is quite rich, parking is free.
Disadvantages: Compared with our Chinese people, we do not recommend this homestay. The hardware facilities are poor. I asked the front desk for the sheets. The shower room is too small, there is no place to put things, and it is difficult to turn around. The room is old and simple."

"The hotel is located on the main road in the center of the old city, the old city is not big, so it takes a few minutes to walk to any scenic spot, and the location is very good. If it is a self-driving car, the car must be parked outside the old town, contact the staff in advance, the staff will come out to pick you up, and it will only take two minutes to walk in. The decoration of the hotel is very new, I like the modern and simple style very much. The room is not big but the bathroom is not small, the bath water is large and comfortable, there is no kettle, but there are slippers but the quality is a bit poor. Breakfast is of course simpler than a four-star and five-star hotel. The staff are very warm and friendly."

LlanzoIt was a pleasant stay with all the staff been friendly and thanks to the young lady in the breakfast room.
She ran the wholebreakfat on her own, always smiling and having nice things to say. The hotel is lucky to have such good staff.
The young girl at reception was equally friendly and insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs. She explained everything about the hotel and things to see in Zadar.

GGuest UserIt is a homestay, you need to contact the landlord before you check in. There is a phone at the door, you can call, but the other party speaks Croatian, and finally found the little brother in the bar next to it to help answer the phone. It is best to contact the email in advance to inform the check-in time, otherwise you need to wait. The landlord was very nice and introduced the nearby attractions and dining in detail. The room is also very beautiful, with a microwave and refrigerator. In the old city, taxis cannot be reached directly and need to take a short walk. Need to climb the stairs, please be cautious if the box is too big.

The location is in the center of old town, many good restaurant in the neighborhood. The room and shared toilet & shower room was comfortable and clean, but only the community space was not so tidy as expected - the table has a bit marks and stains.
Breakfast is not included in the dormitory bed rate and has to be ordered on site. Unfortunately, it’s not very cost-effective — for more than €10, the portion is quite small: just some eggs, a few slices of cheese and sausage, and a small amount of vegetables.

__SamW_The annex building is some distance from the front desk, and the front desk brother will help carry the luggage to the room. Breakfast needs to go back to the restaurant next to the front desk to eat
The hotel is located in the center of Split Old Town, about 5 minutes walk from the sea organ, not far from other old town attractions
If you drive by yourself, when you arrive at the hotel, you can hand over the car key to the front desk. The front desk brother will valet parking, parking fee 13 euros a day.
The location is quite excellent, recommended for a short stay!

AAlsiThe hotel is in a prefect location which is just 5 min walking distance away from the beach which you can swim and enjoy sunshine. If you like to go for sightseeing. The old town is about 25 minutes walking distance from the hotel. One extra advantage is that a big supermarket Interspar is only 3 min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is well managed and you can see from the details that the management has tried his very best to make a prefect stay for his clients. It is highly recommended.

HHristijanThe price-performance ratio was okay. The hotel is right on the beach and has a pretty good pool. The food was almost the same every day and after a week you don't feel like eating it that much. Unfortunately, many plates were not clean and guests always had to pay attention to whether their plates were clean or not.
