Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times. Balconies have a brick wall with holes that obstruct the view.

Excellent location, the historic center of Zadar can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot with a pleasant stroll along the promenade. We stayed only one night, so nothing to say about the services but about the cleanliness we are not really there. Dust everywhere, even on the bedside tables which are the most used and visible surfaces, but above all the wall behind the bed covered with rough wallpaper was entirely covered with dust.

Three stars is fair for trip advisor - it’s a mediocre hotel. Rooms were clean and we slept well. The dinner buffet on the other hand was terrible - I left without finishing my food and went in town to have a spectacular meal for a reasonable price.
