房間整潔，服務周到，工作人員從高鐵接站開始，之後的一系列服務都展現出了極高的水準。客房服務周到細緻，餐廳美食種類繁多，工作人員會對客人進行一些服務滿意度的調查，時間不長，並會送給精美的小禮品。酒店周邊，各種服務設施健全。堪稱洛陽超一流的酒店。

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店的服務周到細緻，工作人員態度親和友善，細節滿滿～發現需要洗衣液以及我們的牙膏快用完了，會在打擾房間時默默為我們準備好。定了酒店去景點的車，還會精心也我們準備各種飲品小食。酒店提供高鐵站免費接送，每天還可以選擇各種水果小食飲料送至房間，超級貼心，早餐品種也是豐富齊全，必須五星加一好評～

酒店雖然有些年份了但服務真的很好，門口有很多共享電動車和公交線路出行很方便。房間衞生很好，潔癖挑不出毛病。隔音也好，走廊裏的小朋友玩遊戲衹能聽見聲音也不會影響休息。重點表揚他們的服務，就是倆字細心，看我們水不夠喝直接補上大桶的，送了一系列旅行神器，牙膏，肥皂盒甚至還有晾衣架，就挑不出來任何問題。每天還能免費洗一件衣服，性價比絕對高。早餐一定一定一定要吃，無論再去洛陽幾次都還會住在這裏。

Absolutely the best service I've ever received from any hotel anywhere. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful, and provided assistance above and beyond, in ways we didn't even know were possible from a hotel. It helps if you can explain your needs and preferences in Mandarin of course. The room was a generous size and featured a kitchenette and a bathroom with a long, spacious bench, very practical for our little family. We were so comfortable we didn't want to leave!

這家酒店在我的人生旅途中目前來説是體驗感最好的，一切以人為本這是最最直觀的感受。從接站上車的毛巾、水果和小點心然後到入住，期間不停贈送的小禮物、果盤，一次性用品齊全到還有卸粧棉等等等等。等電梯時的貼心服務、電梯門關上時向你揮手、看我使用一次性浴巾就立馬送上一份，手寫貼心小卡片、遮陽帽小風扇、頸枕化粧包諸如此類能想到的都給你準備好了。
人在旅途中能收穫這樣一份貼心服務實在是一種值得珍藏的體驗，非常感謝酒店給我舒適如家的感受！
未來如還有機會再次來洛陽，克麗司汀將會是我的首選。
