環境不錯，坐落在上陽宮裡麪，非常靜，旁邊還靠着洛浦公園。一早一晚不外出的時候帶着孩子在裏面走一走逛一逛特別喜歡。離着市區稍遠，但能接受，如果自駕更方便。房間很乾凈，打掃的也很及時，每天送果盤，冰箱裏還送了免費的飲料和泡麪。
不方便的是早餐的時間衹有8-9：30，如果早走，不能打包，一共四天的房間，其中有兩天都沒法用餐。

第一次到洛陽，趕在4月看牡丹，酒店在上陽宮文化園內，名為客省院的仿古建築，酒店是整體園林式建築的一部分，門外的景色優美，園、池、小橋、亭，讓人融入在流水，林蔭和鳥鳴的園林環境中，心情舒暢。
房間迷你吧有贈飲，每晚有贈送水果。
酒店安靜温馨，服務體貼周到，入住體驗非常棒！

入住的時候，酒店還給升房了，房間空間很大，暖氣很足，還送了表演券，春節整個廣場佈置了遊園會，還蠻有意思的，春節期間也沒有漲價太多
