I was very happy and grateful for the room upgrade. However, the upgraded room was at the very edge of the street. I went from being happy to a little disappointed. No one cleaned the room every day. I don't know if this is the service of a hotel at this price. Other services were ok. They were responsive and would also help with takeaways and luggage storage. There was a bus stop right outside the door and it was very close to the Longmen Grottoes. However, I don't know how to solve the problem of taking a shower when I stay there in winter. It was very cold. I think the stay experience will be better when the weather is warmer.
