服務環境是真差，就地理位置好些，租了四天房，沒有一天打掃衞生的，每天都是自己收拾垃圾，垃圾上午出門放在門口，晚上回來都還沒收走呢，然後呢，什麼換毛巾，牙刷。去前台要一個瘦點的女的説什麼還給我找找看，然後叫打掃衞生阿姨給我送到房間來，好傢伙，這還用找找看嘛，怎麼這麼大酒店沒有備用的了。然後等了一天還沒送過來。又過了一天又去前台要一個胖胖的女前台，去倉庫裏面找來的。

真的我去第一眼都被震驚了，唯一值得表揚的就是前台小姐姐的服務態度真的很好。房間很小還不隔音隔壁的呼嚕聲都能聽到還很清楚，晚上有小孩跑來跑去還上下樓，早上我旁邊有人在洗衣服那個洗衣機咯噔咯噔的巨吵。我們房間的門還是壞的，特別糟糕。衞生也差被單上有莫名毛髮，廁所紙都是臟的。這是我給過的第一個差評受不了了。圖片跟實物完全不一樣。當時沒拍我從評論區盜了一張照片。

住過最差的酒店，感覺比哈利波特的住宿條件更艱苦一點，隔音巨差牆上有蜘蛛網有裂縫，潮濕，對面網吧晚上夜市的空氣都比這房間裏的有流動性，空調衹有冷熱沒有換氣，要是沒有那開了一夜分貝比拖拉機都大的換氣扇，我非得在這沒窗户的封閉房間裏一氧化碳中毒外加肺部真菌感染，拖鞋不是一次性的鞋跟都是黑的😰，床品上還有其他酒店的刺綉，綉的是閣樓酒店，説是給我們家庭房升級的三人間，懷疑這三人間是把布草間和隔壁房間打通了拼起來的。隔音更是爛中爛，旁邊樓梯上搓一下腳趾頭都能聽得清清楚楚，房間天花板極低，感覺身高一米三五以上進去都得胸悶，三人間給了兩套洗漱用品這種都算是優點了

衞生非常差，到處都是灰，而且電線亂拉，房間到處都是電線，也沒有飲用水，洗澡的淋雨還是壞的，下水堵，沒法洗澡 床上還有臟污漬 踩雷，因為對洛陽不熟悉 臨時訂的，竟然兩百多一夜晚上 那倒是給房間打掃打掃乾淨啊 還沒有一次性拖鞋 實在是難以接受 房間外面空調外機響一晚上無法入睡
