酒店位置優良，地鐵站出口便是飯店，出入方便。辦理入住時，遞上的茶飲，一解旅途疲憊。雖然設備有點歷史，但優秀的服務讓人深感舒適，櫃檯得知此行目的是旅遊，不但主動提供當地旅遊小張，還幫忙送行李到房，體貼入微，尤其要特別表揚服務人員肖薇薇女士，貼心服務與親切的態度令人感受賓至如歸。頂樓的餐廳景緻很好，飲料品質優秀。下次來洛陽，會是首選酒店～推薦。

嗯酒店的位置較好，周邊比較繁華，出門就是地鐵站很方便出行，節假日期間停車極為不便，找個位置找個車位很難，設施較為陳舊，衞生情況一般，服務還不錯。

酒店位置非常好，下樓就是牡丹廣場地鐵口，房間面積大設施全，整體服務也很棒，房間裏的小食全部免費，早餐也很不錯。性價比拉滿了應該是，以後來洛陽都住這裏了

因為看到酒店裡有親子樂園，所以定了這家酒店。總體感覺還是有點老派，裝修已經很久了，經不起細節的觀察。
前台服務還是挺熱情的，主要還是設施太陳舊無法匹配400+的品質。

洛陽友誼賓館的環境衞生都很好，特別是服務方面熱情周到。接我們的玥仙、前台和餐廳的服務員給我們留下了深刻的印象，使我們有一種賓至如歸的感覺，下次來洛陽還會選擇友誼賓館。美中不足之處我們這次入住的1722號房間廊道的地磚是壞的，建議你們撿查維修。
