酒店各種工作人員都很熱情 酒店位置很好 有地下車庫 可以直接到大堂到房間

首先從我們進門開始，我要求先看房間，需要南北朝向方位，不要一頭一尾，居中的房間，酒店前台安排了一名小哥帶我們上去看房，當時看了給我們升級的行政套房，由於朝向不是南北我不滿意，酒店又重新帶我看了一間，直到我滿意為止，小哥服務態度非常好，酒店房間乾濕分離，熱水壓力很大洗澡特別舒服，酒店還有很多免費服務，例如可以提供乳膠枕頭，在這裏我確實也體會到了顧客是上帝的服務，離店酒店還送了洛陽的小禮品！酒店不管是硬件設施和軟件服務方面都非常優秀，值得旅遊，出差人士優選！

看了評價尋到此店，連續住了兩晚。各方面真的很不錯，除了剛到時不知道怎麼收看電視頻道（對老年人不友好）。入住、離店送的水果很貼心。值得推薦。

這是來洛陽旅遊很好的體驗，前台接待人員熱情周到，樓層服務人員態度很好，有求必應，房間很大乾淨衞生，提供洗漱用品品種齊全，五樓餐廳很有特色，早餐豐富中西品種很多，退房方便，還送了水果。

酒店很好找，停車也比較方便，直接下地下就好了。
親子房有個小滑梯，挺可愛，不過我們小孩太小了，暫時玩不上。房間的價格含三份早餐，還是挺合適的。
五樓的餐廳環境很棒，早餐品類也很多，好像還是個網紅餐廳，如果不想出去吃的話，在這裏就餐應該也不錯。
