這是來洛陽旅遊很好的體驗，前台接待人員熱情周到，樓層服務人員態度很好，有求必應，房間很大乾淨衞生，提供洗漱用品品種齊全，五樓餐廳很有特色，早餐豐富中西品種很多，退房方便，還送了水果。

來洛陽玩這麼多次住到的特別棒的酒店🏨
入住當天到的有點早，前台幫忙協調好房間沒有讓我們等一會就辦理好了入住！房間寬敞明亮，有歡迎水果和mini吧很貼心！一次性拖鞋是毛巾底，才起來非常舒適，細節方面很到位！早餐六點半到十點，因為著急去景區，餐廳小美女六點幫我們打包了簡餐！太感謝了，下次來洛陽還要選擇華美達酒店🏨！！！

酒店很好找，停車也比較方便，直接下地下就好了。
親子房有個小滑梯，挺可愛，不過我們小孩太小了，暫時玩不上。房間的價格含三份早餐，還是挺合適的。
五樓的餐廳環境很棒，早餐品類也很多，好像還是個網紅餐廳，如果不想出去吃的話，在這裏就餐應該也不錯。

房間很滿意，床墊和枕頭很舒服，面積大衞生舒適，十二樓視野佳，可以隱約看到遠處的天堂明堂，服務員態度都很好，會主動打招呼，有求必應。第一天有歡迎水果，天氣熱還多送了兩瓶水。每天早餐廳外有服務員擺放石頭祝福語，兩天都不一樣很有意思。前台小范服務佳，寄存行李處的工作人員也很熱情又禮貌。房卡好看有特色，可以消磁留念。地理位置離景區很近，滴滴打車很方便，我們去哪裡都打車。離洛陽火車站步行十多分鐘，不過還是建議打車，路不平拉行李箱不方便。唯一缺點就是早餐不好吃，西點乾巴巴的，麪檔吃了兩次本來對燴麪很期待，結果太薄了，還沒外面小吃店好吃，澆頭寫着香菇雞塊，七點多到的竟然衹有稀稀拉拉幾塊香菇了。
