印象最深的是房頂的大傘，還有各種各種裝飾非常有特色，牙具不是一次性的，是超市擺賣的三笑牙刷，牙膏是黑妹的，雖然也是小瓶裝，但是比平常酒店裡的那種大非常多，刷五六次也沒問題。淋浴也很好用，熱水很快就出，水量很大。前台服務也很好，臨走的時候還送了份洛陽特色小點心，非常用心了。酒店還有送站服務，走的時候直接給我們送到高鐵站，服務非常周到了！唯一有遺憾的是電視雖然很大，但是看電影都是需要vip充值才可以，也不可以投屏，不知道這點商家以後能否改進，個人認為充值的人也不會多，不如就讓顧客能夠自己投屏看，增加顧客好感。

前台的服務五星酒店水準！幫提行李，找工具，約接送車，等等！還未到家，回訪電話就到了！特別感謝送我到高鐵站的日班司機師傅，他上班應該是08:30，但提前06:44到酒店送我，非常感動！離地鐵體育中心站C1出口約三百米，觀賞牡丹，到中國國花園、隋唐城遺址植物園兩站地鐵，到王城公園5站地鐵，非常方便！酒店提供10項免費服務，包括機場及高鐵站接送。另外提供多項免費物品！
