酒店位置很好，但服和環境很差，尤其是早餐，幾乎不可想象，水果是存放較久的不應該上桌，酒店大門走廊停着工作人員的車輛實在不應該，我朋友的房間臭氣沖天，還説是給升級的房間，結果要求求調完，是整個行程住宿最差的一次。

設施：一般，床品差，配置與四星酒店不符。
環境：一般，周邊出行還可以，樓層比較壓抑。
衞生：住宿區域總體感受一般，過道、房間……都有異味，異味源：地毯！體驗感充起量最多三星酒店。
服務：樓層服務員很熱情，也很專業。
住宿五晚總體感受與房價嚴重不符，對面的連鎖酒店錦江之星都比牡丹大酒店要強的多！整個牡丹大酒店設施陳舊，電梯狹小，樓層之間很壓抑，床品簡陋，大堂環境一般，接待入住休息區域很小…。總之不推薦入住！酒店實際綜合硬件與攜程平台提供發佈的訊息不符！👋🏻不再見牡丹大酒店🏨！
