It took some time to find the place. Opening the map in Amapd showed the location behind the first row of shops. But eventually we learned you have to enter some coffee shop to get into the hotel. The coffee shop says Once artistic inn at the top bit they often have a small laundry truck backed up to the entrance so you pass around without seeing the signature. Other than that the place was fine, 'japanese' room was a bit run down. There is a restaurant on the patio with a nice grilled display in the evening, but we didn't know to scan the menu with WeChat. Bus to Longmen is across the crossroads and the one coming back stops just opposite the hotel.

The staff at the reception are very friendly although they can ‘t speak English but they tried to use device to communicate. I have made the request to check out late and they offered us with kindness hospitality. We received special gifts and made me impress. I liked the pillows and bed it is clean and made me have a good sleep likes home. The location of the hotel is perfect because It is near the Metro just 5 min walk. The street which opposite of the hotel is street good. I tried Peking duck is very nice! The hotel is between the old town and Shui and Tang Palace, bus station is 2 min walk.

All the way south from Xi'an, this is the most satisfactory B&B. It's so clean. The landlady and the boss are very nice and enthusiastic. They will tell you about some small attractions nearby. The geographical environment is convenient. Outside, there are 11th Street on the left and Luoyi Ancient City on the right. There are many The details are exquisite and the personal touches are exquisite. My wife and children love it so much that I will continue to stay here again and again. If I bring the elderly here next time, they will choose to stay in this B&B again!

It's a very new hotel. I only stayed for one night when I came to Luoyang. It's near the subway station. It's generally clean and hygienic. The bed is very comfortable. The waiter has a good attitude and well-organized arrangements. I'm satisfied. The newly opened rooms may have better facilities. It would be better if there is a refrigerator.

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Very satisfied, very clean. As soon as you get out of the subway, you are right in front of the hotel. Fried chicken is convenient. I have two kids with a lot of clothes. After I came back from the first day out, I found that the hotel thoughtfully sent us a clothes drying rack, which was perfect. Even if there was no water, we were given two extra bottles. It was a heartwarming hotel. We will come back next time. There is David's World opposite, which has a lot of food and a supermarket. If you are bringing children, I recommend Fish Together and bibimbap, which is also good. If it is too popular, just block it and don't go there. Outside, I recommend Huaji Porridge Shop.

The courtyard is located in Luoyang Old Street, very close to Lijingmen, Cross Street and Minzhu Street, and can be reached within 5 minutes. The projection is great! The environment is also very good and hygienic and clean. As soon as we entered the door, Shiba Inu Coke greeted us warmly. The boss uncle was very reasonable and would store our luggage for us. The Nook Tavern downstairs has a great feel, and the boss aunt is very cool! The bartending was delicious, and a beef soup restaurant was recommended to us. The most satisfying stay I've ever had. The smart door lock means you don't have to carry your room card when you go out. The room is very big and you won't be crowded even if you put two large suitcases in it. There are tables and chairs in the corner, making it very convenient to eat. The decoration is very new, the facilities and equipment are all new, and it is very clean. The bathroom also has blowing, ventilation, and heating functions, and there is plenty of hot water. I am used to wearing a disposable four-piece suit when I go out. The original quilt cover is also very clean. The bed is very big and comfortable. I lie down and watch movies at night and don't want to get up in the morning. It is simply my dream love room. It is very close to Cross Street, Lijingmen and Luoyi Ancient City. I came here for four days and five nights and ate there for five nights. When I walked out of the alley, there were all Hanfu experience shops. Get up in the morning to make a set of Hanfu makeup, check in various attractions, go to the ancient city of Luoyi in the evening to take pictures of the night scene, return the clothes to the store before ten o'clock, then go to Cross Street to eat something, and finally return to the hotel, ending the day's itinerary , within walking distance, very close. Finally, I would like to praise the people in Luoyang for their enthusiasm. Every Didi chef took the initiative to help with luggage and was very enthusiastic; especially the customer service guy at our B&B, who is committed to letting every customer enjoy the best housing experience. Anyway, I am I enjoyed it haha, Luoyang is really fun, and the stay at Zhuangyi B&B was really comfortable and satisfying. I was so busy that I didn’t have enough fun. I will come back next time.
