The hotel is on Jiefang Road. Downstairs is the subway station, bus station and shared electric car. The traffic is super convenient. The room is clean and hygienic. The bright windows are large. The curtains are automatic. The two single beds are 1.35. The children sleep very spacious, the mattress pillows are very comfortable, the room on the 5th floor is very quiet. The souvenirs sent by the hotel are very intimate. The intelligent robot sent children slippers and takeaways to the children. The children liked it too much.

The service staff were not very friendly and the breakfast was really not delicious. There were no people either. There are so many places to eat across the street. If I had known better, I wouldn't have ordered breakfast.

Minsu is very close to the Tiantang Mingtang scenic area, and the second-floor rooms are very convenient for enjoying the night view. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the wifi problem was solved. We took the high-speed train at around 4 pm. When the rooms were full, they also helped to handle the late check-out at 2 pm. The breakfast is not a buffet, but one person, with local specialty soup. The coffee shop on the first floor has an elegant environment, and a flower cake is also given as a souvenir. The only shortcoming is that as a mid-to-high-end B&B hotel, the bathroom does not have a shower head, I hope it can be improved.

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

環境：地理位置絕佳，尤其是跨年的時候，體現的淋漓盡致！應天門，麗景門，明堂，都在酒店500米範圍內！房間還比較大，每晚還贈送水果，各種茶，還有兩瓶小紅酒！房間打掃的也比較仔細，早餐品種豐富多樣，最愛那個涼拌的紫包菜！
設施：暖氣升温慢，調到最小風力，也很大的聲音！另外一到晚上，酒店走廊的燈全黑，是聲控的！雖然節能環保，但是影響其他的入住客人！
總體來説非常不錯，二刷洛陽的時候，還是會選擇它！

Our room was clean, spacious and modern. The TV requires a subscription service to watch more than 5 minutes of any channel. There was a leaving gift too which was a nice touch. One recommendation is that they have a “do not disturb” sign for the door as there was none!

The night before leaving, the depar**ent leader also visited me and brought me gifts that I like, exquisite, cultural, and books that I particularly like. The hotel can give them all to me. The food is delicious and not expensive. The room is super large and well-equipped. The cleaning lady does a good job of hygiene and left me a small note with many heartwarming words on it. The handsome guy at the door greets and sees off, as well as the beautiful girl at the front desk and the staff who open the elevator. Everyone left me a very good impression! If I will come back! I will also recommend friends and relatives to come and stay. The handsome guy who sent us to the station before leaving also left me a very good impression! Thank you for your hard work!!!

From the moment I checked in, the front desk was very welcoming and thoughtful, and worked quickly and efficiently. Check-in was easy and pleasant.
After checking in, I felt great from the moment I walked in. Free tea, fruit, capsule coffee, and Yakult. The bedding is also very comfortable. The toiletries have a light and elegant fragrance.
On the first night, because I had a lot of free time, I took a look around the interior of the hotel. It can be seen that the design details are very carefully thought out, and there are design details everywhere.
The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very close to most of the scenic spots. Yingtianmen Paradise Hall and Longmen Grottoes are just a short taxi ride away.
In addition, Mr. Han, the concierge manager, is really warm, thoughtful and meticulous. Even when we were waiting for the rental, he would explain to us some things about the attractions and where to eat. They would also remind us to put on more clothes when it’s cold, and they would bring us water. This service feels like it must be super super five-star.
Finally, the car to the airport was also arranged by the hotel. We sent you to the airport for free, took your luggage and adjusted your seat, and waved you goodbye when you were sent to the airport.
If I come to Luoyang again, I will only choose this hotel. Even before I left Luoyang, I already recommended it to my colleagues and friends!

AAiyayoung【Location】The hotel is located in the Longmen Grottoes Scenic Area. I heard from the locals that this hotel is a place for reception. It is located between Baiyuan and Xiangshan Temple (internal communication, but both are guarded by iron generals). It has an excellent geographical location and is a must-see hotel for (night) tours of Longmen Grottoes.
【Facilities】Really old and outdated, such as the bathroom and recreation center (gym) seem to have entered the last century. But after all, it is an old hotel, and it depends on everyone's preferences and focus. Finally, I chose to stay in. The overall greening, service, and meals of the hotel are still very powerful, and they complement each other. After all, they are playing outside during the day. The shower water is hot spring water. Greenery can be seen when you open the window.
【Service】The service is warm and patient, really nothing to say, the service of the old guesthouse is nothing to say, and it is given super five stars. Provide high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off service, and the vehicle is a high-end business car. The Guanque Pavilion Tea Room on the 4th floor of Building 5 can overlook the Longmen Grottoes (night view) is very beautiful, and you can relax all day. The hotel provides a battery shuttle bus.
[Food] Breakfast is very rich, mutton soup and tofu soup are recommended. There are both Chinese and Western food (the toaster needs maintenance).

6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out
Cons:
1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away
2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me
Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

A bathtub in the room - a shower would be more convenient. The shower head is fixed, so if you are tall, you will need bend slightly to have a shower.

The hotel has an independent parking lot and is very close to various scenic spots. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the room also has Xiaodu smart voice. The lady at the front desk also sent breakfast. The breakfast was also delicious. AAnh-BaoGreat bargain given how insanely big the rooms are. I booked a room with queenside bed, bathroom, sink, shower AND bathtub but I was also shown two family rooms that have multiple beds and even living rooms. They were also super affordable.
The hotel has no restaurant so you cannot have breakfast there. However - plenty of restaurants are within a 5 minute radius. There is also a supermarket and a couple convenience stores within 3 minute radius.
The rooms and public areas are kept pretty clean. However - the various areas are in different states. The reception looks like it could need a renovation yesterday. The hallways leading to the rooms look pretty new while some of the rooms (e.g. family rooms) look pretty fresh while my room looked like it is close to being in need of a bathroom renovation. However - it was clean and still in good enough shape and in terms of pricing it was an absolute bargain. I paid way more for much worse in places like Shantou or Paris.
Would I stay there again? If price levels remain the same I would absolutely stay there again. Very nice staff.
