Luoyang Xigong District 4-star Hotels

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel is strategically located at Jiefang Road subway station, with a large parking lot and many parking spaces. The service is standard and enthusiastic, and very friendly. The hotel facilities are slightly old but they do not affect normal use. The design of part of the floor in the room lower than the bed floor is not very suitable. If you are not careful, there is a risk of falling. It's a pity that I didn't eat breakfast because I had to rush to Longmen Grottoes. Overall it's worth recommending.

It's a very new hotel. I only stayed for one night when I came to Luoyang. It's near the subway station. It's generally clean and hygienic. The bed is very comfortable. The waiter has a good attitude and well-organized arrangements. I'm satisfied. The newly opened rooms may have better facilities. It would be better if there is a refrigerator.

The accommodation was very satisfactory, the zero pressure room was upgraded, and the mattress was good for the spine. Yogurt and bookmarks were also sent. The curtains and lights are intelligently controlled, and the bedroom and sanitary napkins are spacious. Because the group went to Laojun Mountain, the departure point was the Aviation City Hotel. After the stay, I found that the hotel was in a good location and it was very convenient to go anywhere.

Overall satisfaction, the location is simply perfect, less than 5 minutes walk from Yingtianmen, less than 10 minutes walk from Mingtang Paradise, great, the front desk service is very good, several front desks are very polite, answer all questions, answer questions very professional, can help me solve the problem quickly, And at night, millet porridge is also served at the door. Although I didn’t drink it, I felt very intimate. The room was very spacious. 4 people didn’t feel inconvenient to live at all. There was also a tea sea. You can drink tea and chat. These are all advantages. Disadvantages: 1. The smell of the bathroom is super big, especially when I just entered the house, it is especially smoked, but because I stayed for two nights, I didn't report it to the front desk. 2. The cleaning problem is very big. This is the main reason for my reduction. I booked two nights. On the first day, 4 people stayed in the room. There were two pairs of slippers. I went directly to the cleaning staff. Although I gave it, the attitude was very bad. I have been skeptical and repeatedly confirmed whether the room has fewer slippers. I was really speechless. The next day I was even more speechless. I didn’t clean up the room. I went back after playing for a day. I felt that the room was very messy and there was no drinking water. I went to the front desk and asked for four small bottles. Then I went out to buy it. I got up in the morning on the third day. I really drank the water and ran into cleaning. I wanted to have four bottles of water with cleaning, and I gave two bottles. I said that I would send it again for a while. As a result, I didn’t send it when I checked out. Fortunately, we went out to eat and drink decisively. Generally speaking, we stayed in a lot of hotels and have not encountered such cleaning. But I came out to play and didn’t want to be angry, so I didn’t care too much. But I still have to write it out for your reference.

It was a bit unpleasant when I checked in, but the follow-up solution was very good. The room on the 7th floor was very good, but because there may be KTV below, the first night was noisy until three in the morning and we were transferred to the high floor the next day. The room was not new on the 7th floor, but the view was very good. Breakfast is not bad. The most important point is that the location is very good, just next to the subway. Recommended.

Hygiene is highly praised~ The light meal after 5:30 in the executive lounge can be a perfect and quick dinner. The room facilities and hotel supporting facilities are generally more business-oriented, and children's toiletries are not provided, only children's slippers. One suggestion is that the light sensor in the room is not too baggy. After all the lights are turned off at night, as long as you pass by the sensor, the lights in the whole room will be turned on by the sensor, which will affect the quality of sleep. It is recommended that the sensor switch is only associated with a light strip or a night light~

The service is really good and meets all the basic needs of the guests. After checking in, you will be given some free fruits and drinks to order, and then they will be delivered to the room. Every service staff in the hotel is very enthusiastic. This is the hotel I usually stay in. They are all affordable luxury hotels. The only regret I have is the guest room environment, which I don’t like. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, my boyfriend wanted to drink. To my surprise, the beer was also free. I asked for the beer and was thoughtfully given peanuts. I am so happy for my boyfriend. I was in a hurry to go out and forgot to bring my e-cigarette. I called the hotel and they thoughtfully sent it to me. Free pick-up and drop-off at the station. I have stayed in countless hotels and this is my first time to write a good review.
