One of the worst service ever i have received in my life …,, Customer service was horrible and was not safe to stay- staff Chef foued-celio hotel and fahmi atef staff incharge at the reception were super rude, unpolite and disrespectful, they took our deposit 500 riyals while checking out- i am very disappointed

I booked a room and there was a mistake. The manager started yelling at the front desk and made the employee pay from their pocket while I watched. I couldn't believe my eyes. Who makes their employees pay out of pocket. I don't even think the employee was working when the mistake occurred.

Their front desk doesn't allow multiple people to enter our room. Never I have experienced this in all the hotels I have tried here in Qatar. This incident was full of hassle for us instead of being relaxed and to have good times. It's already August 2023 and no covid protocols to do such. Wake up waterfront.

VERY POOR SERVICE!! THEY RUINED THE BDAY PARTY OF MY DAUGHTER AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING MY VISITORS TO GO TO MY ROOM, THEY EVEN WANTS US TO PAY 50 QATARI RIYALS PER HEAD AND THEN WE SAID NO, THEN THEY SAID JUST GIVE 300 QATARI RIYALS INSTEAD, SO WE PAID 300 JUST FOR US TO CONTINUE BUT UPON CHECKING OUT, WE ASKED FOR THE OFFICIAL RECEIPT OF THE EXTRA CHARGE AND THEY CANT PROVIDE IT. THE SUPERVISOR IS ALSO VERY RUDE NAMED YOUSSRA.

This was so far the worst EXPERIENCE from a hotel hete in Doha. Will not go back here again. Does not know how to take care of guest because we are just expats. They don’t know how to cater out needs.

We check in at 7 pm and the reception give us flat under going cleaning and maintenance and no one care no apologize or any think we are just waiting front of the door until the workers finish don’t ever check in here it’s the worst experience ever

Had an amazing time with my friends in the beach and pool. Room is spacious and we enjoyed eating inside with a nice kitchenette. Thanks for a fair price we had a 2-bedroom apar**ent. My friends had a blast.

Booked to go to this hotel through *********** for the f1 weekend. Was to pay on arrival and had already confirmed this is an email with the hotel. One to go before i went the hotel cancelled my booking as they said it wasnt a guaranteed booking. What i found out they give my room away for 75% more than what i was paying. A real scumbag move and not typical of qatari people at all.
