"The hotel is luxurious and grand, and the overall service is excellent. Kita at the front desk was very welcoming during my check-in and even upgraded me to a sea-view room for free. The room itself is beautiful, though the outside of the window glass was a bit dirty. The welcome fruit was delicious, and there are seats in the elevator, which is a nice touch! The butler service was also very attentive, especially Rama and Mago, who deserve special commendation."

"This was my first time staying in a Waldorf Astoria hotel, and it certainly won't be the last! The hotel was beautiful with great amenities and friendly staff. The pool and kids' water area were great. We included breakfast in our booking, and it was the right decision, as it was the best hotel breakfast we had ever had. "I paid extra to upgrade to the Crescent Room, which I had been dreaming of, and it was absolutely stunning and breathtaking, with a huge balcony! 😊 The service was generally good. Aigerim, the lady housekeeper in my room, was very thoughtful and patient – thank you! However, the service level of the lobby concierge staff varied; there was a young man with braces who had an excellent attitude, but a middle-aged man with a slightly dark complexion was arrogant and neglectful. The two handsome young men and women who checked me in at the front desk were both from Morocco and very enthusiastic. We even chatted a bit longer since I had visited Morocco before. The hotel lobby is opulent, predominantly blue, and adorned with sparkling white giant crystal chandeliers. For a moment, I felt like I was in 'Frozen'! 😊"

"Excellent hotel in Doha. Huge, spacious rooms and easy access to the Place Vendome mall. The rooms have everything you need, perfect for families or work. I had my colleagues over and we planned some work in the living area and it really felt like a great 1 bedroom apartment! The only let down was that the breakfast was shockingly poor. The service was extremely slow and options weren’t great. I would highly recommend to cook your own breakfast or head to the mall for much better service. The tables in the breakfast/restaurant are all wobbly too."
