Stayed in hotel for approx 15 days. Very happy with the standard of service from all staff and management. Very friendly, welcoming, attentive staff. Hotel is clean, secure parking and staffed 24/7. Excellent food, plus on-site pizza restaurant and pool bar. Value for money is excellent, would advise booking directly with the hotel and avoid all the online booking platforms. Better deals to be had booking directly. Distance from airport is only 20 minutes and hotel operates a shuttle bus if needed. Shopping and businesses close by and within walking distance if needed. Taxi service is cheap and fairly quick to respond if needed. When we decide to return will definitely make arrangements with this hotel again. We found it better value to stay here than rent a self catering apartment as the hotel is safer, on main route, staffed, available 24/7, cleaning and laundry service is available. Plus food and beverages were great value. Owner of hotel and management always visible on site which demonstrated reassuring commitment to guests. Really enjoyed the experience!!!

The grand palace was truly a great hotel to stay in. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The location was great.
The one drawback for us was the safe was on the very bottom and was impossible to get to unless you got down on the floor and for us older people that was impossible to do.
