The rooms are clean and staff members are very friendly. There are Gym and Spa facilities that are very helpful. Ruth, who does the spa, is very professional and does a great job! If I was living in Lusaka, I would definitely would use the spa regularly.

Spent a night there needing to rest after a long drive and before another long drive. Wonderful staff, friendly, polite and wanting to make sure your needs are met. The shower pressure was amazing and hot water all the time. Definitely coming back

Cadre agréable, personnels compétent et bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre vétuste, literie moyenne, absence de vrais rideaux occultants et lumière de la climatisation éclaire comme en plein jour. La salle de bain est sans ventilation, avec des mauvaises odeurs et la brosse des toilettes date du siècle passé. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs à n'importe quelle heure.
