Lushan Xihu Hotel

It's a long-established four-star hotel; its glory days are over, but even a fallen giant is still a giant. Its grandeur is unmatched, and its location is truly exceptional, situated right next to Ruqin Lake, perfectly aligned with the Fairy Cave.

The room was large and clean, decorated in a Baroque style, luxurious and grand. The facilities were complete and easy to use. It was right next to Ruqin Lake, with picturesque scenery. The service was warm and polite, and the staff were highly professional. When I checked out, I forgot my valuables, and the cleaning staff on the third floor helped me keep them safe and returned them intact. I would like to express my gratitude! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and there were plenty of private parking spaces, with free parking being very convenient.

The hotel has a great location with beautiful views. However, the rooms are rather old; we stayed on the third floor without an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up floor by floor ourselves. Breakfast was just ordinary steamed buns and porridge with limited variety. However, two very helpful ladies at the front desk informed us that our luggage could be checked in and taken down the mountain – a valuable tip that relieved me of the burden of carrying heavy luggage during my trip. Thumbs up!

I especially want to praise the hotel's meticulous service! Upon check-in, I found the room temperature was just right, and after asking, I learned that the staff had adjusted the air conditioning in advance according to the weather. When my travel companion had an upset stomach, the front desk immediately helped contact a nearby pharmacy and gave directions. Every day before leaving the house, the staff would proactively inform us of the weather forecast and remind us to bring an umbrella. Cleanliness was impeccable; the space under the bed and the crevices of the sofa were spotless, the vanity mirror was immaculate, and even the anti-slip mat in the bathroom was changed daily. When checking out, I accidentally left my charger behind, and the hotel quickly arranged for a courier to return it, even waiving the postage. These heartwarming details made me feel incredibly comfortable, making it definitely the top choice for accommodation in Lushan.

第一次來廬山旅遊，正好遇到房間挺實惠的時候，運氣很好哈哈哈，賓館整體很👌🏻各個方面都達到了我預期的標準，特別是半晚在湖邊散步真的很舒服，還去爬了一下廬山的三疊泉，下次有機會還會來廬山旅遊，也會繼續選擇西湖賓館

設施方面外面老了一點，房間內部還可以翻新過，夠用， 衞生整體ok，前台小姐姐還是非常熱情的，賓館位置非常好，山頂上還有湖就在門口，散步遛彎非常舒服，門口有公交站，但是要等半小時，賓館上街是一個上坡 走上去還是有點累20分鐘，下來就還好，打車也不貴，整體還是非常滿意的

設施：外面還是老外觀但是裏面是新裝了一下的，東西還是齊全的可以接受 衞生還是很ok的，就是房間的燈光有點暗 前台小姐姐服務很熱情，正好當天有空房還給我們免費升了一下房間非常感謝，出門有個公交車站 湖旁邊有個觀光車站 還是很方便 位置一絕 風景非常好，就是走路上接的話是一個上坡，要走十五分鐘左右，但是來廬山本來就是準備爬山的，所以我們個人覺得是可以接受的，就當是來鍛鍊身體了 賓館總體性價比非常高，值得推薦！！那你！nm

第二次來廬山了，也是第二次選擇西湖賓館，跟上次一樣熟悉的感覺，很舒服，夏天的廬山總是這樣讓人回味無窮，順便給賓館的服務點個贊😄👍🏻

千萬不要住！差勁！太差勁了！你們根本想象不到有太差勁！這怎麼能是酒店呢？90年代的招待所也比這強！千萬不要被四星級和它的位置騙了！你們看圖吧！放假破破爛爛，鐵具生銹，物品破損，設備故障，被褥發黴，燈光昏暗，角落蜘蛛網，到處灰塵，感覺很久沒用過的酒店趁着假期突然啟用了，還沒人打掃，毛巾都沒疊。服務還特差，前台像是個臨時找來的兼職，往那兒一坐聊着天，愛答不理，問啥也不知道。早飯就是米粥饅頭鹹菜，更是差到讓人直接放棄。太給廬山丟人了，直接導致不想再來廬山了。
