Every staff member at the hotel was exceptionally kind; they even allowed us to bring a huge birdcage into the room, after making sure the bird wouldn't squawk. We were very touched by this gesture. The breakfast was delicious, and we stayed for two consecutive nights. Next time we come to Lushan for a summer retreat, we will definitely choose to stay here again."

"This hotel has an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center and around 15–20 minutes from the cable car. Many of the main tourist attractions are also within easy walking distance, making it a very convenient choice for exploring the city. The rooms are a little small and somewhat dated, and the facilities could use some updating. However, the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always available whenever you need assistance. Overall, I found the hotel to be overpriced considering the size of the rooms, the dated facilities, and the condition of the hotel. The excellent location is definitely its main advantages."

The upside is the peace and quiet, the downside is the inconvenience. Shuttles run on the hour. It's a great escape from the hustle and bustle, built into the mountainside, offering a very tranquil environment. However, the hotel itself feels quite dated, having been built in 2013, and the room decor is a bit old-fashioned. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, though the quality of the desserts isn't great, everything else is fine. The staff are all young and very enthusiastic with their service."

The hotel boasts a beautiful and spacious environment; a cool breeze greets you as soon as you enter the courtyard, offering scenic views. There's an infinity pool and outdoor tents, and barbecue facilities are available after 9 PM. The staff are very welcoming, and there seem to be 5 or 6 shuttle buses for guests, making it very convenient. It's probably the best hotel on Mount Lu and an excellent choice for accommodation."

The front desk service was excellent; they gave us great travel tips. A major bonus is that if you're out late, a quick call to the hotel and they'll send a car to pick you up. "The service was absolutely terrible. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:29 AM, right on time, and they immediately said they were sold out. I pointed out that breakfast ended at 9:30, and I explained that I had paid for the breakfast voucher. Why couldn't I eat there? It wasn't even time yet. A short while later, they told me it was already 9:30. I was speechless. I've never encountered anything like this before. In other words, I arrived right on time. I can accept that they'll serve whatever they have, but they can't just tell me it's sold out before the designated time, and then immediately say it's time. Isn't this just bullying?"

"The location is fantastic! Kuling Street is right outside, and if you turn right, you'll find the sightseeing bus station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The service was also very responsive. On our first night, there was a group making a lot of noise in the hallway, and the hotel staff handled it well after we contacted them. During breakfast, when there weren't enough seats, the auntie (staff member) promptly directed us to another dining area. Lushan is beautiful, see you next time!"
