"I stayed at Lushan Hotel during my trip to Mount Lu! The hotel is located in the core area of Guling East Valley, right next to Meilu Villa. It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area, with Changchong River and a forest right outside – a natural oxygen bar that's incredibly healing. The century-old building has a wonderful charm, and the staff are warm and attentive. The front desk manager even gave us thoughtful advice on our travel itinerary. The breakfast was plentiful, and the location is superb."

"We were there for a night. The owner was super friendly to offer to pick us up and send us to the cable car station. Xiao ba (husky) was really cute. The owner was super hospitable and allowed us to change to a room with a balcony, the star gazing experience and night was unforgettable. Super love the stay. The only minor concern was a long flight of stairs up and down the main street. Highly recommend!!"

"The hotel offers convenient pickup and drop-off services at both the Lushan Cableway Upper Station and Guling Town, Lushan. When heading out to explore the attractions, there are regular shuttle buses every hour or half-hour from the scenic area's designated stops, which is incredibly convenient, reassuring, and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel boasts stunning sunset views. You can take a short walk down to Baiyun Valley for a closer look or simply enjoy them from the hotel's fish pond. The room was clean, and the bedding was dry and comfortable. A particularly thoughtful touch was the daily provision of foot bath tubs and hot water, perfect for soaking tired feet after a long day of sightseeing and relieving fatigue. They also offered complimentary milk, snacks, and fruit beverages. While individual room amenities, such as the smart toilet, were quite good, I believe there's room for improvement in the overall comfort and practicality of the hardware. For instance, the marble shelf in the shower, intended for toiletries, was concave in the middle. This meant the hotel's small bottles of toiletries and my own had to be propped against the edge or laid flat. The smart toilet, though high-tech, was a bit startling at times; it would automatically open and close its lid when the room card was inserted or when I approached to use the trash bin. 😜 On the third day of our stay, we returned to the room in the evening to find no complimentary drinking water and had to request it from a staff member. Additionally, the foot bath water in the thermos was scalding hot, despite the cap indicating 'comfortable water temperature.' Thankfully, I'm usually cautious and tested the water first, preventing a burn. I suggest more attention to these minor details for improvement."

"The hotel offers a complimentary pickup service from the Lushan mountain bus station and the mountain cable car entrance. I was really touched that they came to pick me up even though I was the only guest. After I got off the cable car, I called them, and they arrived in just a few minutes, like my own private car, haha. Once we arrived, the staff carried my luggage all the way to the hotel. After I checked in, they even brought it to my room – so thoughtful! The front desk also helped me plan my itinerary and told me about the sightseeing bus schedule. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the main street, with beautiful views. The dehumidifier worked wonders! My clothes dried completely overnight after I washed them. The only minor downside is the lack of large bath towels (I heard this is common in Jiangxi). They provide thin, disposable towels, which aren't quite enough if you have long hair..."

"Come to Lushan during the summer vacation, first punch in the Xiufeng that children like. The location of the homestay is very good. Some rooms are directly facing the waterfall. It is really a far-seeing waterfall hanging in front of the river! The service is also in place, the room is well decorated, clean and hygienic, especially the setting of the toilet and shower separately, really considering the needs of the family to go out, the most important thing is that the shower gel of the children is also prepared intimately, this detail likes it! I don’t want to stuff the smelly clothes directly into the suitcase when I climb the mountain. There are washing machines and dryers on the fifth floor. It’s too comfortable to wash and dry clothes while blowing."

The front desk staff are attentive and welcoming, providing a detailed breakdown of sightseeing routes and estimated times upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the voice control system is very convenient to use. The hotel's Chinese lunch and dinner options are also very reasonably priced! I'll definitely be back!"
