"The hotel offers a complimentary pickup service from the Lushan mountain bus station and the mountain cable car entrance. I was really touched that they came to pick me up even though I was the only guest. After I got off the cable car, I called them, and they arrived in just a few minutes, like my own private car, haha. Once we arrived, the staff carried my luggage all the way to the hotel. After I checked in, they even brought it to my room – so thoughtful! The front desk also helped me plan my itinerary and told me about the sightseeing bus schedule. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the main street, with beautiful views. The dehumidifier worked wonders! My clothes dried completely overnight after I washed them. The only minor downside is the lack of large bath towels (I heard this is common in Jiangxi). They provide thin, disposable towels, which aren't quite enough if you have long hair..."

"The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and gentle. The room was well-equipped, and the hairdryer had a strong airflow. The room felt cozy, and the hotel's location was excellent and very convenient. It's about a 15-minute drive from both the Lushan North Gate and Jiujiang Station. The room itself was spacious, and the layout was very comfortable and relaxing. The soundproofing was also good. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is right next to the cable car station. Before going up, we were told to call them after getting off the cable car, and someone would come pick us up. However, once we got off and called, they told us the hotel was right there and we could just walk up ourselves. If they weren't going to pick us up, they should have just said so directly, instead of making us call again. The front desk staff was very welcoming and enthusiastic. As soon as we arrived, they explained how to get around and even upgraded our room. There were fruits and small tea cakes in the room. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but the disposable bath towels and towels provided by the hotel were really good. The air conditioning in the room was noisy, and it got very stuffy when turned off."

"If we're judging it by five-star standards, it might not quite hit the mark, but the staff are all genuinely sweet. So, if you go with a relaxed mindset, it's pretty good. For example, a service guy knocked on our door with his phone, saying he needed to shoot a one-shot video because the previous guest gave a malicious bad review, claiming there was no door on the bathroom – which was way out of line! Uh… but we were trying to rest. Seeing his angry face, it felt like something that needed to be solved immediately, so we just let him film. And honestly, that guest's complaint was indeed a bit ridiculous."

"Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Amenities: The hair dryer is a Dyson. Because the B&B is quite old, there's no elevator. However, the highest floor is only four, so a daily climb isn't a problem. Environment: The location is excellent, quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, just a ten-minute walk from the bustling city center and the transportation management station. Service: The guy who picked us up from the cable car was very friendly, and check-in was smooth. The housekeeper was very polite. Hmm... Well, the entire stay was just the right amount of politeness, not overly enthusiastic, yet always responsive. We stayed three nights and received fresh fruit and snacks every day. The housekeeper would remind us of the evening activities, and we were lucky enough to try the hotel's free barbecue and witness the traditional tea-making process. We had a delicious green tea. Food: The breakfast buffet was pretty consistent all three days—not particularly extensive, but all good. The kids loved the cakes, and dishes like rice noodles and wontons were cooked to order. We booked dinner at the B&B for all three nights. I give it 100 points for both the taste and the service. It felt like the B&B put a lot of care into everything. If I had to point out a small complaint, it would be that the bed was a little soft for my family and me. Finally, thank you so much for everything at Songmo. "Stayed here with my family. My parents are light sleepers, and the hotel's overall condition and facilities were excellent. The sheets and pillowcases were spotlessly white, clearly meticulously cleaned and high-temperature sanitized. My mother said it was the cleanest hotel she's ever stayed in! "This hotel is on the uphill, inside the Lushan attraction. If you come to Lushan/Jiujiang by train, you need to go to their Sightseeing bus centre, and take their sightseeing bus to go up to another bus centre, and just give a call to the hotel, they would pick you up by a comfortable car. We had an unpleasant encounter with the didi driver driving us to the uphill, the driver was rude, even said to me “I got no time, just buy the ticket faster” (you need to purchase a ticket for the didi car and for yourself to drive up, an hour drive btw). So glad that the hotel staffs were all so nice and understanding. They welcomed us warmly, even listened to me complaining about the driver’s behaviour and rude remarks. They presented us with a welcoming fruit platter too! The hotel is clean, and very bear to Ruqin Lake. For my room, we got to wear 2 sets of hanfu for free (just put a deposit first, they’ll return the depo after you return the clothes). The staffs helped us bring our luggages into the room, even offered extra towel and room slippers since we came in 3. You got to experience brewing chinese tea by yourself too, since they prepared chinese tea leaves and chinese tea pot set in the room. Since we arrived there around 3, and had to take shower and clean up first, so we would only be able to start exploring Lushan at 4. The hotel staffs at the reception were so kind to prepare us with a map and gave us recommendations on places we can go, in the best order, since they know we would be walking until late at night. The picture of the lake is Ruqin Lake, it’s just in front of the hotel. As for the next morning, we had to wake up early to get a morning train from jiujiang to jingdezhen, so I asked for the receptionist’s help to make a wake-up call, in which they actually called our room at 4am! Thank you so much. Overall, the stay here was amazing! We will find for JI Hotel the next time we travel to China."

I stayed for two nights and the experience exceeded expectations. I must give a five-star praise. Let me talk about the service that impresses me the most. The boss is a person who is really doing service. From the moment the reservation is successful, he will take the initiative to contact, ask about the arrival time and number of people, wait at the cableway exit in advance on the day of arrival, and drive us to the store. When we checked out, we also offered to send us to the sightseeing station. We didn't let us take a taxi once. This kind of intimate pick-up service is really rare in hotels of the same price. Another thing that makes me feel very practical is luggage check-in. We plan to play in Busan for a few days before going down the mountain to the next stop, and it is very inconvenient to take a big box on the mountain road. The boss provides a baggage check-in service of 20 yuan per piece, which can be delivered directly to the mountain or the next hotel, and we can play lightly for a whole day. When I arrived at the new hotel that night, the luggage was neatly placed at the front desk. This service was too necessary for tourists with a lot of luggage and the charges were reasonable. Let's talk about the scenery. The location of the hotel is very good, just in the core area of Guling Town, adjacent to the street park. Guling Town is about 1164 meters above sea level, known as ”Yunzhongshan City”. The room I live in has a wide view, and you can overlook the panoramic view of Luling Town by opening the window. The old villas on the red roof are scattered and have their own fairy tale filters. In the distance, you can also overlook the ancient city of Jiujiang and the Yangtze River Jade Belt. In the morning, you can see the sea of clouds. In the evening, the sunset dyes the whole mountain city golden. At night, you can also look at the lights of Jiujiang, as if you are in a half-empty cloud. There is a viewing terrace in the public area, where you can watch the mountain view while drinking tea. The photos are very good. In terms of room facilities, the interior decoration is simple and comfortable, the bedding is clean and soft, the night temperature on the mountain is as low as about 18℃, the air conditioner is not used at all, and there is a cool mountain breeze when the window is opened. The overall sanitary condition is also very good, the corners are cleaned very clean, and you can live with peace of mind. Finally, talk about the surrounding area. The hotel is very close to the street park and Guling Street. It can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Guling Street is the most prosperous commercial street in Lushan. Restaurants, shops and sightseeing stations are all available. There are also attractions such as Meiyi Villa and the former site of Lushan Conference nearby. The boss will enthusiastically recommend the play route and take pictures, so there is no need to worry about the problem of doing the strategy. In short, the core advantage of this hotel is the service and scenery. The boss treats every guest as a friend. The details of pick-up and luggage check-in greatly improve the travel experience, and the scenery of Yunzhong Mountain City outside the window is even more priceless. The hotel itself is a protected historical building, nestled against the mountains, surrounded by ancient trees, offering a beautiful environment. I particularly loved its historical charm and Republic of China-era decor. Facilities are comprehensive, and there's a dedicated elevator on the left side when facing the hotel. There's also a convenient parking lot right in front. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable and clean bedding. The staff were enthusiastic and polite. The front desk staff patiently answered all our questions about visiting Lushan, providing practical and effective suggestions that saved us time and helped us manage our energy for climbing.
