The boss and his wife are warm and thoughtful, take the initiative to help carry luggage, patiently explain the route, and also recommend many local niche attractions, as intimate as family. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, with a full local flavor. I was very satisfied with my stay at Lotus Terrace Garden Resort! The hotel has a great location, with a quiet surrounding environment, and I could see beautiful scenery right from my window. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities were easy to use. Both the front desk and service staff were patient in answering questions and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast also tasted good. Overall, it offers great value for money, and is suitable whether you're traveling with family or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Lushan!

The hotel is in the middle of the mountain, the sightseeing bar can not go up, but there are 5 buses directly to the side door (0.5～ 1 hour shuttle bus), there are several long ladders nearby, 6 minutes walk to Guling Street, the return trip to the ladder takes 10 minutes, it is not difficult to walk. We booked a view room. Through the large glass windows, you can see the surrounding trees and red-top houses. Especially in the morning and when it rains, the fog and rain are ethereal. Sitting by the window to enjoy the scenery is particularly comfortable. The hotel room is medium in size, there are many public spaces indoors and outdoors, seats for guests to sit and rest, and the gym is not bad. The hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, you can eat before you go out to play. Ruiyun Park Hyatt Hotel opened earlier this year. I feel that the rooms and facilities are very clean and tidy. It has been raining in Lushan these days. It feels very humid outside, but the walls and floors in the hotel feel dry. It is estimated that there is a moisture-proof design or building materials. The young people at the front desk are friendly and work hard. We all like this hotel and will come again next time.

We liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Even when it snows heavily, the room is not cold at all. Fruits are given in each room, and the oranges are very sweet. The breakfast is also very delicious. The service attitude is super good. The front desk upgraded the room for free. Because it is not very convenient for us to bring our baby, they also delayed our check-out. When we left, they also gave us a thermos cup and souvenirs. The hotel felt quite new, clean, and tidy, and all the staff were really nice. They offer shuttle services to and from the cable car station and the main street station. Every morning, Master Bao (包师傅) drove us to the main street station and picked us up in the evening. He was so kind and patient (we actually felt a bit embarrassed with how often we requested the hotel car). Huge thanks to him! I didn't have high expectations for a scenic area hotel's breakfast, but the all-season breakfast far exceeded them. There was a wide variety of food, plenty of vegetables and high-protein options, and the fruit was super fresh. The tofu, shredded pork, and vegetable soup was especially delicious. They also had freshly ground coffee. You can also order lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, which has a clean environment, and for me, it felt more reassuring than eating at outside restaurants.

The room was really spacious, and it was pretty quiet since it's a bit of a distance from town, so I slept incredibly well at night. The fried noodles for breakfast at the hotel were especially delicious; my kid even talked about wanting more 'Howard Johnson fried noodles' after we got home. As for transportation, the hotel has a shuttle bus every hour that can take you to town or a specific stop. Just contact the front desk half an hour in advance, which is quite convenient. Walking to town takes about half an hour, so it's a nice option for those who enjoy hiking. On the day we arrived, we were able to visit Huajing Park, which is quite close to the hotel. The complimentary foot bath was a lifesaver after hiking; my sleep quality was fantastic after soaking my feet.

The hotel is right across from the mosque, and there are shuttle buses available from the Huiyuan Road intersection stop for sightseeing buses, the cable car station, or the transportation management office bus stop. Overall, it's quite convenient. There's a rooftop terrace, perfect for sunbathing and drying clothes. Most importantly, the receptionist is a very nice lady who answers all questions sincerely and is always ready to help.

I was upgraded to a room for free. The hotel's location is a bit far from Guling Street, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk. One does not dare to go back too late at night because there is a section of the road with no street lights and it is relatively dark. However, the nearby tourist station of the former conference site is not too far away. There was no hot water on the first night. They said the circuit breaker had tripped and asked me to take a shower in the empty room next door. There was hot water starting the next day. The position of the shower head in the shower is not friendly to small people. It is relatively high and the fixed position cannot be adjusted.

The location of this hotel is very good, just on the edge of Guling Street, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the hotel does not have breakfast. The hotel room is clean and hygienic, the front desk staff is very warm, the room is also very large, because the hotel is built on the cliff next to the roadside mountain, it is difficult to find it without paying attention, it is also very big after entering the lobby, the hotel does not have a parking lot, the car must be parked in the partitioned paid three-dimensional parking lot, Get a parking card at the front desk when you leave.
