到了酒店就讓我彷彿回到了十幾年前剛出來旅遊時候的體驗。設施比較老舊不説，服務理念和酒店管理也完全停留在十年前。出行看到温泉鎮的很多酒店都已經關了，哪怕設施無法更新，管理上也應跟上時代。比如人員配比明顯，節假日客房服務很慢，打掃房間後房間內缺少的一次性用品盡沒有補充等。當然價格不算太高，但綜合性價比而言衹能説一般

衞生：衞生條件也太差了，衞生間的枱子都長毛了…沙發黑黢黢的發黴，做不下去
陽台玻璃門臟兮兮的，陽台欄桿掉漆嚴重，看起來很破敗。
服務：一般，前台很怠慢，叫了衞生打掃，一直沒有來。
設施：設施非常老舊…
上湯温泉雙人票:温泉還不錯，人少，温泉裏面的服務的阿姨非常好，很貼心，很熱情，比前台強太多了👍
