I was satisfied with the pick-up at the cableway entrance on the first day, and then I waited for almost 45 minutes before the hotel van arrived. When I asked, it turned out that the front desk forgot to remind me and there was a traffic jam on the road. Forgive me~ I asked if I could choose a suitable room type in the off-season, and the reply was very official. I was speechless 😓. Back to the hotel, the toilet was leaking and could not be flushed. I endured it. I asked for a pillow, but it took half an hour to deliver it. Forget it! When asked, they just received a large group and most of the staff were on holiday. They expressed their understanding. They bought dinner from the hotel and were unwilling to deliver it. They were ambiguous about whether to charge for delivery. Finally, it was delivered, but the waiter was obviously evasive. Haha, breakfast could not be delivered and the original special buffet was changed to a set meal in the Chinese restaurant. They kept arguing about whether to deliver the meal to the room or to eat in the restaurant. I was furious. Later, I thought about it. It was like this on the first day. Is this the first hotel? I decisively terminated all arrangements in Lushan for the next week and arranged to cancel the next hotel arrangement. The second time I had breakfast, they directly ignored our existence. It was very unpleasant. It can be said that they completely fled from Lushan. Although Manager Gao has tried her best to make up for this situation in the end, I believe this is not her problem alone but the result of the slackness of the entire department. Because there are few guests, can we ignore the customer experience? Can we just make up for it? Your 1.5 score is just a fig leaf for you. My experience was really bad, but the airport drop-off was good, which saved my impression a little. That's all. If the service facilities can't keep up, it's useless to give it 88 stars.

The hotel is located in a quiet valley, suitable for vacation or short stay. The hotel has its own viewing platform and an hourly shuttle bus, which is seamlessly connected to the scenic area's circular bus. The room is clean and tidy. Although the design is not modern, it is comfortable, with clean bedding and plenty of bath water. We stayed in the winter and the hotel service was super five-star, with perfect details. There were ginger black tea and hiking poles in the lobby; bath bags, foot massage bags, nail clippers, dental floss, milk, snacks in the room... the meticulous service was reflected everywhere. We stayed in the foggy and snowy day and there were few guests. The hotel cancelled the buffet breakfast and changed it to meal delivery, but the details were not handled well. Manager Gao in the hotel lobby listened to the opinions, and the next morning, the guests had the special Jiangxi rice noodles and hot clay pot soup in the small restaurant. The hotel's management level and service awareness are super good, the hotel lobby is dedicated and meticulous, the restaurant lady is enthusiastic, and the food is clean and sufficient. The driver who picked us up at the station is handsome and responsible, with first-class driving skills on snowy and icy roads and on time. He also took the initiative to help us put away our luggage when picking us up at the station. The lady who cleans the room cleans in time, and the long corridor and even the windowsills are spotless. The whole team has a super good service awareness, which is definitely super five-star. The hotel package includes a pick-up/drop-off service from Lushan High-speed Railway Station to the South Gate of the scenic area, which is super good. When we took the bus to the South Gate, the driver was already waiting at the parking lot. It took 30 minutes to get to Lushan Station, which was very worry-free. I was lucky to catch the snow in Lushan, and I was even luckier to choose Howard Johnson and meet Manager Gao and her team.

The environment is comfortable, but the travel is not very convenient. The location is remote, a little far from Guling Town, and the hotel provides shuttle service. The room has a nice view, the decoration facilities are old, it is deserted in the off-season, and the breakfast is very average. There was no buffet breakfast one day because there were few residents. Parking is convenient, and there are fast charging stations.
