是民居，衹有幾個房間，房間朝外的觀景平台都是連通的，容易受旁邊房間人的影響。全程沒有見到老闆，都是自助的，入住的時候是鄰居一個阿姨來幫忙開房間，等了半個小時，影響出行，不太推薦。

酒店有五間房，房間門口有超大陽台，陽台上有顆樹，掛滿了冰掛，太美了，孩子就在房間門口玩了幾個小時雪，用雪夾夾雪，酒店下面有個坡，用滑雪板滑雪特別好，離酒店不遠有個籃球場，適合孩子拉滑雪板！有空調，可以吹暖氣，開着就不冷了！初三這個價格真的非常不錯不錯啊，別的酒店絕對沒有這個景觀！陽台可以遠眺牿嶺觀景台和很多山，早上可以在床上看到日出！哪裡用的着去跟團看日出呢，酒店就可以，夏天來避暑住這也很不錯

房東人很好，周圍環境也很不錯，還有個陽台，但是我去的時候，我那個房間不知道是沒打掃還是沒有打掃乾淨，馬桶上面還有尿漬，跟對象一起去的，看見的時候心一梗……

牯嶺鎮比較安靜的一個街道上，氣温很舒服。房間挺新的，乾淨整潔，一次性用品也都有，性價比很高。接送服務也很方便，很熱情。非常推薦！
