房間明亮乾淨，因為淡季客少，管家幫忙升級了房間，居住的體驗感也變得格外好，房間配置浴盆、電動馬桶、水温床品都很好；松陌的服務確實超五星，行李搬運、禮貌送別，景點介紹，帥氣小哥温暖謙和，服務適時到位且很有邊界感，非常點贊；咖啡茶水不限飲，品質很好，最喜歡酒店的餐，大廚手藝了得，三天全程改店內就餐，中間溝通產生了一點點問題，酒店經理積極解決，還非要給餐費打折，以示謙意，使我們更深體驗了酒店的管理服務文化，餐廳無論早中晚餐還是服務，都非常好，同時也藉機體驗了酒店四樓的酒吧，酒水超專業，氛圍也好，晚上小座喝一杯真的很舒適；三天的行程因為住在這裏，很放鬆；酒店唯有的遺憾是四層無電梯，長者小孩略顯不便，百年老建築要求在那裡，酒店的服務已彌補。

廬山頂級的民宿了，兩棟別墅改造的，風格很喜歡。管家很周到，跑前跑後很給力，五星好評。雖然開了車，但到了山上就靠酒店接送到觀光車站，很方便。早餐品種雖然不是特別多，但精緻美味，該有的都有了。扣掉的一點點分是因為手被衞生間放洗髮水的框撞破了+窗簾開關按鍵裝反導致差點走光。總體還是很不錯，衞生舒適，值得再去

服務相當好，賓至如歸的感覺，因為廬山交通不方便，衹要用車，酒店都是樂呵呵的安排起來，中午在酒店吃了老鴨湯，人均80元，味道還挺不錯的。環境也是非常好，很有度假的感覺。洗漱用品也很棒。

酒店公共區域設計極佳，隨便拍拍都有寫真大片的效果。房間設計合理，各類用品高檔講究。尤其是床品，棉質極為柔軟，枕頭高低合理，床墊軟硬適中，絕對能夠睡個舒心好覺。
酒店早餐、晚餐都十分美味可口，用餐環境乾淨衞生。其中有一道野山筍燉肉，鮮美異常，十分下飯。又有一道黑松露卷，製作方法奇特，咬一口鮮香四溢，停不下來，是別處吃不到的珍饈佳餚。
酒店服務貼心、用心，無論是展放的美麗笑顏、還是內向小哥默默的照顧，到幫助我們解決問題的方法，都很棒，足見酒店選才之用心、文化培訓之到位。
綜上，松陌實乃廬山民宿之精品佳品，值得再來、常來、久住。
