Excellent property located at elevation overlooking the valley is pleasant place to relax and rejuvenate. The staff are very cooperative and helpful.

I booked a room for two adults and a 16 year old child arrived at the room to my great surprise two small beds for one person I had to sleep on the carpet the reception refused to change the room on the pretext of being full but if I book the same hotel on the same day on Trip com as luck would have it there is availability
Also no hot water in the sink no water pressure
In any case very above the price is not worth the 4 stars

Excellent excellent stay! We were a family of 4 who stayed in 2 queen rooms at the 18th floor for 2 nights, and let me say I only have great things to say about this hotel. First, the location was no problem for us as public transport is free and the bus dropped us about 3-4 mins walk from the hotel; it is about 30 mins to the main city but the bus is regular and we didn't have any problems.
Second, the rooms were really big and clean. The toilets even better and they had a bathtub which is rare. The front desk staff was so nice; I didn't catch their name but we were offered cookies as soon as we checked in at the reception and they were always so kind and helpful. The swimming pool was open and we went in the evening to try out the pool and there were only 2 other people and it was nice to have a quick dip in the pool (we did get lost trying to find it but you just need to go through the gym to the bathroom to access the swimming area!)
Next, the breakfast was delicious especially the eggs yum and wide variety of food/drinks. We are doing a Europe trip and by far, this has been the best hotel we have stayed in our whole lives! Highly recommend everyone to book with this hotel if you are having doubts.

We arrived at 11:30 p.m. and you face arrogant staff. Don't tell them that you have your car in the parking lot, it will be cheaper to pay directly at the machine (15€). No bottle of water provided in the room and it will cost you €10 for a 1l bottle. I know we are in Luxembourg, but there are limits. Breakfast varied and in quantity. Bring USB charging, theirs didn't work.

The hotel is on a mountain, the environment is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. There is a bus right outside the door, and it is free throughout Luxembourg. A nice city, lots of young people, lots of universities and financial institutions?
