Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for a clean, modern hotel with convenient public transport access."

"I feel decisived by those rated this place 9/10. The staff were incredibly helpful but the building was extremely old and not convenient. I felt disappointed in the room because it didn’t have an actual window (the window was on the light well) even though it was a superior single room and on trip.com it shows a proper window. Though the receptionist wanted to give me a better room but it was not available. For that price easily I could find a more comfortable room in the hotels nearby and the location does not matter due to the good public transportation in the city. Everything in the room was quite old and some didn’t even work well. The elevator was quite slow. I will never book such a place again even if it will be the only option in the city. It literally ruined my trip to that city besides they took a deposit of 250 euros that eventually was refunded but I felt like everything in the room could be literally bought for that much in a second hand shop. Again this is not about the staff, they were truly polite and helpful and the room itself was clean enough."

"The hotel has a great location, nestled between an art gallery and a concert hall, and next to a lovely Three Acorns Museum. The valley views are just steps from the hotel. It's also very close to the bus and train stations. The service was warm and the cleanliness was good, although the facilities were a bit old, but not a major issue. Breakfast might become a little monotonous if you eat it for several days in a row. There's an underground parking lot nearby, which is relatively cheaper at night, around €15 per night (depending on the length of time), while it's more expensive during the day."

Beautiful mansion/maison de maître, outstanding views and garden! BUT!! Don't judge a book by its cover! Appearance over substance!! The staff (reception, waiters/waitresses...) reminded us of "Fawlty Towers" 😱 Food&drinks = ok, but no value for money! Very expensive 💸 Reading all the raving 1 poster reviews .... we have serious doubts and can't validate those!"
