Our first Novotel experience. We liked it very much and were very pleased. A very luxurious, high-quality hotel. There is a parking lot in the basement, but it does not belong to the hotel. Very close, within walking distance to the city. We didn't think we would see many Turks, but there were many guests and residents. The receptionist's friendliness and Turkish gesture made me feel very welcome. They gave the children a bag full of small gifts. We left Novotel very satisfied, as it has plenty of breakfast options. Novotel will now be the priority in our European trips. Thanks...

A lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, service was good, and location was spot on. Would recommend.
There were problems with the air conditioning, so hotel staff changed our room to a room with a window.

I was speechless. I came to Greece to review the hotel in Luxembourg. It was expensive and unsatisfactory. It cost more than 200 euros a night. It was only slightly better than a certain express hotel. I really don't know why it was so expensive! I couldn't see anything outside the window.

We had a great stay here
Everything is just perfect
Front desk staff is very helpful and always welcomes you with a big smile .
Bed is very comfy and the buffet breakfast is delicious
It's only 15 mins walk to the city center.

It was a bit scary for a black man to suddenly come to the room in the morning and then see someone go out again. It was only 8 o'clock in the morning and we didn't check out. We were surprised why they suddenly broke into the room.

It's really average. I booked a classic room and it didn't even come with slippers. Before 8 o'clock in the morning, someone suddenly opened the door and walked into the room. I saw someone going out again. It was so scary! !
