Non è andata come pensavo. Ho prima prenotato tramite la app di trip.com. Poi arrivato in albergo mi dicono che la mia prenotazione è stata spostata in un altro albergo di categoria inferiore senza spiegazione. Arrivato all'altro albergo Hotel de Fraincais mi dicono che c'è una stanza a nome mio ma evidentemente la categoria dell'albergo non è la stessa. Chiedo quindi informazioni sulla tariffa e mi dicono che mi hanno applicato una tariffa ridotta. Va bene lo stesso, ma le camere sono diverse da quella che avevo scelto e il prezzo pagato non vale per il buco ricevuto. Risultato pessimo direi. Fate attenzione alle vostre prenotazioni e chiedete sempre conferma alla struttura.

We stayed a couple of nights in Luxembourg before heading to Belgium and the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Right on the corner of historical city center you can walk everywhere you need to and see most of the sites you want to see. Tons of shopping and restaurants all around you. The staff is excellent and super friendly, the rooms are comfortable and modern--the television is part of the mirror! Bathrooms are well fixed with amenities such as custom made soaps and creams. Breakfast is wonderful selection of fruits, breads, meats, etc. with made to order eggs if you wish. We would definitely stay here again. One thing--you probably could walk to the train station if you did not have a lot of luggage, but the tram is probably a better option--the staff can assist you with where to catch it--not too far down the block.

This hotel is in excellency located to access the Christmas markets. The rooms are comfortable however there were no power points near the bed.
Breakfast was lovely, lots of choices however at times there were no tables available.

This hotel is perfectly located. I stayed just to visit the Christmas markets and the location can’t be beat. The hotel should invest in room upgrades, however. The rooms are perfectly fine, but updating the bathrooms and giving regular hairdryers vs the old fashion kind bolted to the wall with the weird hose attachment… this would be appreciated. This is an elegant city so clients expect the room featured to be updated.

Hotel com excelente localização, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Hotel com charme, com várias peças de arte que diferenciam o alojamento pela positiva. Muito bom pequeno almoço. Boa relação qualidade/preço. Quarto com vista para a Notre Dame e principal praça.

I suffered a cold while I was in Luxembourg, but I was grateful to be at Hotel Simoncini while I recovered. The staff person who checked me in was so helpful whenever I needed anything, and I'm so grateful for her. The art in the building was beautiful. The location was perfect for easy access to everything, including two Christmas markets, key sights, many eateries, and lots of shopping. I was able to pick up buses and trams easily as well. It was a delight stay with a fabulous breakfast and great service, and I'd love to stay here again!
