The restaurant cafe de paris downstairs is delicious and there are people performing in the square which is very lively.
The famous shopping street downstairs is super convenient. Next door is pp LV Hermes and the like~
All in all, it's very convenient, otherwise I wouldn't know where to stay and wouldn't have much choice.

It is not possible for guests to control the room temperature. In this case the temperature got stuck on freezing and the hotel staff were also unable to control it so we insisted on being moved to another room. The next day the hot water failed in our new room and we had to boil the kettle to get hot water to wash. Hotel staff promised a “gesture” to make up for our poor experience but no gesture was provided and no-one asked if we had enjoyed our stay when we checked out. Lots of good things about this hotel but hot water and an adequate room temperature are pretty basic requirements that were not met.

The mattress on the room 17 is too old, too used, does not support the body at all! I have stayed in cheaper hotels with a better mattress. I coukd find below the bed some napkins and water bottles lids. do not recommend the hotel, as a good night of sleep is more important than any other.

Gorgeous room! Comfortable, well-appointed. We loved walking out into the Chris**as Market, and its convenience to shops. At night the lounge was amazing~ great tapas, and the playlist was memorable! We made a happy memory here and plan to return with our adult children and their SO's.
