Luz Bay Hotel

Ein klassisches Hotel, aber sehr gemütlich, mit freundlichem Personal, das immer zur Stelle ist. Schade, dass es regnete, als ich dort war, aber im Sommer muss es fantastisch sein, ich werde bald wiederkommen! Der Garten ist fantastisch und es gibt viele verschiedene Vögel im Garten!

Surpresa bastante agradável! Fomos ver o MotoGP e ficamos no Hotel Luz Bay, estava tudo bastante organizado, é visível que estão em remodelações o staff é super amigável! pequeno almoço excelente! Não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor hotel. Recomendamos!

É um hotel bastante acolhedor e bem localizado na Praia da Luz a menos de 3 min. do passeio marítimo. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis e têm ar condicionado, varanda wi-fi gratuito e com vista para a piscina. Tem uma boa relação preço/qualidade, uma boa piscina exterior.

Espaço bem cuidado! Quartos grandes e confortáveis! Staff amável e sempre pronto a ajudar. Adoramos os jardins para passear e relaxar. O pequeno almoço está muito acima da média, existe uma variedade de itens incrível! Vale apena visitar!

Dilapidated hotel... No restaurant in the hotel even though it is mentioned, no pool bar either, no sauna or hammam,... There are signs just to make it look nice... questionable sanitary facilities, an identical breakfast and not good.... A trip purchased by a travel agency which sells you the services of all these sites when nothing is true! Yes, it has 3 swimming pools in good condition.... Cleaning not even done for a week.... It's not a 4 star far from it!!!! Avoid for the price, look for better! The only thing that is great is the receptionist who is adorable! I don't recommend it, and the travel agency offered me a credit of €160 for a trip worth €3,500.... Luckily we didn't stop at that, and our vacation wasn't ruined , but I will no longer use an agency.

Four stars was once upon a time, (at most 2 and I've seen residential properties with better quality) a long way off, since the neglect of any maintenance is notorious, such is the degradation that goes from the rooms, common spaces and even the swimming pool without any maintenance with several missing pads, making it even dangerous if you put your foot in "false". As for the staff, how to describe it, few and you rarely see them other than young, inexperienced, not at all willing to help. I discovered one of the reasons for this behavior after a conversation with a person in charge who told me, and I quote: "We are already used to complaints, the problems are identified, but the management does nothing and asks us to ignore... " The feeling of displeasure is general among guests, from Germans, mostly to English. No pool bar, which they indicated had recently closed, but after the same question was asked to another member, it was said that, as well as the jacuzzi and sauna, they had been closed for months. Anyway, not even with a prior phone call at the time of booking we were informed that there were not several services as stated on the website.
