Hotellet, værelserne og omgivelserne er gammelt og trænger til en kærlig hånd. Skimmelsvamp på værelserne, indelukket og generelt nusset. Poolen trænger til en opgradering, men så ren ud. Generelt er det ok for pengene - lige udover skimmelsvampen som er overdøvende på værelser og efter min mening er uacceptabelt.
Morgenmaden var god!

This place has probably seen better days and deserves a restauration. We stayed one night. I loved the spacious room, the romantic surroundings and the beautiful garden. The staff were very kind. We weren't expecting a fancy place, so we were happy with what we had. I think place is really lovely. Would love to stay there again.

Had to wait for a long time to check in. Made two bookings and asked if we can stay in the same room without having to check out inbetween (same room category) . First it was a huge problem and the receptionist tried to advise us in rather changing the booking dates than making an additional booking (is not always possible, but he did not believe us), but in the end he managed to do it. Covid was a good exception for him that they were not able to open the hotel restaurant by law in the evening (why did they then even serve breakfast in the same restaurant?). When we asked if we can have a pre packed breakfast, because we had an early day trip, he said that they don't do that. Never had any problems with that in any other hotel I stayed before. The room itself was very basic, the balcony not clean, burn marks on the table a not functioning safe, dirty sofa chair. Would not recommend anybody to stay here.

Tenho 58 anos e já fiz muita viagem, incluindo em países tropicais tais como Indonésia e Congo Belga ( onde vivi) , onde tais coisas até poderiam perfeitamente ter acontecido! Pois nunca tive uma praga de baratas nos quartos em que passei. Desde o primeiro dia em que era notório que limpeza do quarto não havia sido feita e , se o foi, não de uma forma profissional pois ,além dos cantos cheios de teias , duas baratas gigantes mortas uma no quarto e outra na casa de banho. Situação retificada a nosso pedido, mas as baratas continuaram a aparecer. Um controlo de praga por fazer. ... Este hotel não é um 4 estrelas pois está completamente desactualizado e obsoleto.. Manutenção primária por fazer e então a nível de limpeza muito muito mau, o que dá origem a estes graves problemas!!!!!!.. não venham...

Mon séjour à l’hôtel a été décevant pour plusieurs raisons. Tout d’abord, l’enregistrement a été retardé car la chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure prévue, malgré notre arrivée à 14h30. Une fois dans la chambre, nous avons été déçus de constater que les toilettes n’avaient pas été nettoyées et qu’un coussin présentait des sécrétions nasales.
De plus, la climatisation côté lit soufflait de l’air chaud, ce qui rendait notre nuit inconfortable. Le manque d’obscurité dans la chambre à cause de rideaux non-opaques nous a également empêché de bien dormir, car nous avons été réveillés très tôt par la lumière du soleil.
Le comportement de la femme de ménage le matin de notre départ était également déplaisant. Malgré le check-out prévu à 12h, elle nous a dérangés à 11h30 pour nous rappeler de partir, alors que nous étions en train de rassembler nos affaires.
De manière générale, le niveau de propreté et le service d’entretien de l’hôtel laissent à désirer. Il est essentiel que l’établissement améliore ces aspects pour offrir une meilleure expérience à ses clients. J’espère sincèrement que ces problèmes seront pris en considération et résolus pour le bien-être des futurs clients.
