Very beautiful hotel with the most wonderful view of the Lake Lucerne. Paid to get upgraded to a junior suite in the hotel and did not regret at all. The view was stunning, also the hotel provides a pair of binoculars which can be used to view the mountains too!

It is an old and historic hotel, but it is very clean. The bathroom is super bright. There is a lady at the front desk who can speak Chinese. There is also a welcome card and fruit cookies. It is very warm.
