"I’m a woman who loves travelling solo, and this hotel made me feel very safe and comfortable. What I liked most is that you don’t have to pay a very high price for accommodation in a tourist city like Luzern, where hotels are usually quite expensive. This hotel offers great value for money while still providing a wonderful sense of privacy. Each room has a sliding door with a personal access code, which made me feel very secure and gave me complete privacy during my stay. Everything was clean, and all the staff were lovely and friendly. I really loved my experience here. I had such a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️"

"It's a capsule hotel just as the name suggests. Instructions are more or less clear, however the entry gate instruction was a bit unclear. Lockers are not numbered and common with a limited number of them available. Apart from it the kitchen was a bit underwhelming and so was the common room. It's okay for a bed to sleep that's all."

"The Hotel Lucerne is convenient to central Lucerne and walking the old city. It is a small, boutique hotel - the front desk told us it is the second smallest Autograph Collection hotel in the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. As a Bonvoy Ambassador Elite, we had two rooms and were placed next door to each other on the top floor with a private end of the hall, making for a quiet stay. The rooms were large for a European urban hotel, especially the bathrooms. Everything was very clean and had a very distinctive modern design. The staff was friendly and accommodating of family travel with kids. For the size of hotel, the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. The only drawback was parking - the hotel has only two dedicated spots, which were already taken, so we were left to find parking on Lucerne city streets. Luckily we found a spot just a few blocks away."

"Awesome hotel! There is a lake view outside the window. The hotel has its own lawn where you can lie down and enjoy the lake view and sauna. The hotel staff are very friendly and helped us with the reservation. There is a No. 24 bus at the hotel entrance that goes directly to the train station entrance. There is a bus every 10 minutes, and the transportation is very convenient (the hotel provides free bus tickets). Highly recommended!"

"Honestly, it felt like staying in a prison cell. The window was tiny and set high up, so there was absolutely no natural light. The hallway was dark, and the room itself was incredibly small, without even a desk. The only good thing about it was the location."

"The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean ! On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious. For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here. I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress."
