It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station, or just two bus stops away. The breakfast included was decent, and they offered free luggage storage."

The hotel offers self check-in and free self-service luggage storage. You just need to insert a 2 Euro or 2 Swiss Franc coin, and you get it back when you retrieve your luggage."

"I stayed at MO in Sanya before. The facilities were old and the beach was average. I was very disappointed, so I rarely chose MO afterwards. When I booked this time, I saw that the Lucerne MO Hotel was newly renovated, so although the price was high, I booked two nights with the mentality of giving it another try. I really felt that it was excellent in all aspects and worth staying: 1) The decoration style is simple, elegant, exquisite, and fashionable, and the facilities are first-class and impeccable👍 2) The hotel has a superior geographical environment and is close to the lake. 3) The service is first-class. It can be seen that the waiters have been well trained and the service is in place. The only regret is that I met a friend from Shanghai this time. She booked a room directly with the hotel at a cheaper price than Ctrip, and the hotel also upgraded her room type and gave her a consumption voucher. Ctrip is such a big company, it should be easier to get these, right?"

"I hate to have to write a bad review, and I’d love to be able to give this property more stars as the staff were great, but we were disappointed with our stay. Pros: - location - Rooms were clean - we were upgraded and the suite was spacious (bathroom was nothing special). Cons: - The WiFi didn’t work. It would disconnect every 5 minutes and when it was connected it was slow. On top of that, cell service wasn’t great so using the internet wasn’t good. - the TV is not a Smart TV. There are no apps and only about 10 cable channels (3 news channels in English but nothing else). Much of the menu is disabled as well so switching the TV to English was a huge challenge. There is screen mirroring but our devices could never find the TV to connect (most likely because of the WiFi problem above). - the hotel was noisy. I chose this property over the Renaissance as I read the music was obnoxious at that hotel. Come to find out, this hotel also had a loud music problem the night we were there. I heard techno music for hours while trying to fall asleep."

The attitude of the waiters at breakfast and the bar is also very good. Champagne is also given in the room, which is very warm Overall, it is a very good hotel. If I come again in the future, I will choose this hotel"

"The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies! The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms! The room service person was also very kind!"
