Closed to tram stations that take you to the train station and near the hotel too. The room was good size and bathroom was big compared other ibis. It came with tea kettle and a bottom water. Free coffee machine next to the main lobby."

"Nestled in a residential area it is a small hotel with big rooms & extremely pleasing staff.The surroundings are a bonus with an open garden like area ,a bustling cafe with open air seating and the best part is very close proximity to the Lucern station, markets,chapel bridge, boating lake & old town.It is also well connected with Trams & buses.The inside decor of rooms is interesting with romanting painted ceiling though the lighting around the entrance aŕea of room lacks adequate lighting.The bathroom is big with tub & double sink .The backside outside the bath had some plants which needed attention.The blinds are electronically controlled with a press of button. The housekeeping function was also efficiently performed by the ever smiling reception staff.There is a weekly market of used goods in the square around the hotel being set up by the locals."

"Excellent location, just 50 metres from the Kapellbrucke (Chapel Bridge) and about 8 minutes walk from the train station, bus interchange and lake ferries. The room was a bit small even for a solo traveller and would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than a coffee machine. Had to use the electrical socket in the bathroom to charge the phone as sockets in the room were not accessible. The continental breakfast was fine. Overall I felt it was a bit overpriced for the facilities provided although it is in an excellent location for visiting Lucerne."
