Shortly after midnight, I contacted the front desk for assistance with locating an Apple Store or confirming the train route to the airport, as my phone screen had just been damaged. The staff member on duty displayed impatience and a clear unwillingness to communicate. He repeatedly told me not to worry in front of him and to “figure it out myself,” which was both unhelpful and unprofessional. His information was also inconsistent—first claiming the Apple Store near the train station could repair phones, then insisting there was no Apple Store in the area. When I approached the reception directly for further assistance, he again refused to help. By contrast, the morning receptionist was courteous, patient, and provided clear guidance, including the fact that a train transfer was required to reach the airport—details the night staff had not mentioned. It is unfortunate that one staff member’s attitude overshadowed an otherwise positive experience. With more consistent and professional service across all shifts, this hotel would be an excellent choice for travelers."

"As a B&B-style hotel, the family room we booked is more practical, with two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with a shower room. There is enough space for a family to live together, warm and comfortable. However, if you are traveling with friends, it is not very convenient. In the morning, when everyone has to wash and use the bathroom, the waiting time is really a bit long, which will delay a lot of itinerary arrangements. The check-in process is really not worry-free. There is no convenient password lock to get the key directly, and there is no conspicuous reception guide. After arriving, you can only call the management staff. If you don't speak the language, it will be more troublesome, so you have to find a platform to deal with it. The hotel is hidden in a building in a residential area, mixed with ordinary residents. The surrounding streets are quiet, but if you don't pay attention, you will go to the wrong unit entrance door. It is quite difficult to find it. It would be better if you can put more effort into the check-in guide. However, it is worth praising that the hotel's sanitation is well maintained, the room is clean, the bed is tidy, and the bathroom has no peculiar smell, which makes people feel more at ease. And there is no scary situation of someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night in other reviews, so there is still a sense of security. In general, Galaxy Apartment Hotel has room types suitable for family living and good hygiene and safety guarantees, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in the convenience of check-in."

"Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long."
