GGuest UserThis was the fifth hotel on my trip to Switzerland. It's two bus stops from the train station, but conveniently located right by the stop, so getting there wasn't an issue. The hotel clearly exudes a rich history and old-world charm, with its luxurious European-style decor. I had a bit of trouble initially finding the right entrance and the front desk within the building. I'd actually booked a city view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a stunning lake view room â seriously, you *must* book a lake view! The terrace views were absolutely breathtaking!! The room itself wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning. The bathroom was a tad small, mainly due to a large, rather useless cabinet taking up unnecessary space.

AAnonymous UserHotel is a short easy walk of 7-8min from the Lucerne train station.. stayed in a comfortable room with 4 beds and comfortable space for 1 night. Few steps at entrance to Lobby which will need to be a consideration for anyone who needs wheelchair accessibility
Nonetheless, the lovely chirpy receptionist on duty proactively helped us with 1 of the luggage which was a nice gesture. Check in was welcoming... Bathroom was comfortable and clean, bed as well. Only unfortunate thing was the next door started knocking some renovation/works at 8am in the morning... Other than that everything else was lovely. .

LLa_MimiThe hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean !
On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious.
For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here.
I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.

PPENGThe pictures are all views from the window. See the beautiful scenery of Lake Lucerne. Because it is this, we evaluate 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

TTarynLovely hotel with everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is on a busy and loud strip, so there is constant noise, especially if you open the window. But other than that, itâs a great hotel.

PPhoebeWe arrived to the hotel at 12, but all locker are fully occupied (i remember only around 10 lockers) and I have to carried the luggage and wait for check in nearby the river (lucky not too far) and there is no air-con in the room but hotel do provide a fan for us but still too hot to sleep with.
But the location is very good and hotel provide a free transportation ticket (never used cause we walked)

After checking in, I can borrow adapters and kettles from the counter, which is convenient
Cons:
A deposit of 100CHF is required every night, and we stayed for three nights, and the deposit was 300CHF. Very unreasonable!
There is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom (no clothes hooks, no small shelves), which is very inconsiderate.
The sound insulation is very poor, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, there are a lot of revelers and drinking noises.

GGuest UserI love this hotel, much much better than expected. Itâs worth the price and performs above this level. Room is decent, a little bit distance from train station but very safe walking because itâs near the business area. Reception people are nice, I didnât expect to see them in the midnight. Thanks for the hard work.
