RRTravelsHotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Bed: The bedding is clean and hygienic, and the white quilt cover has a bumpy feel. It looks very pleasant to cover and is very comfortable. The mattress is firm and supportive, which is our favorite type;
Bathroom: relatively large, with wet and dry separation in the shower, and the toilet is clean;
Balcony: Go back to the room at night and sit on the balcony for a while, very comfortable and relaxing;
Front desk: The service staff is friendly and able to coordinate according to some of our requirements;
Overall very satisfied!

黄黄Hotel location is excellent, look at Lake Lucerne, breakfast is good, suitable for children but not extra bed, no parking. The attitude of the service staff is not bad, anyway, I will choose this one next time

We stayed at this accommodation in Lucerne for 2 nights, but the accommodation was very dark and uncomfortable
The bathroom was very old-fashioned, and the elevator was narrow and uncomfortable
I brought a shower filter and turned on the water, and the color of the filter changed right away. (I've been to many places in Europe, but this is the first time this has happened.)
The parking lot was a bit far (3 minutes on foot) and there was no discount on parking. It was a bit expensive
However, the location is very good, and I highly recommend it to those who are traveling by train for 1 or 2 nights (the place is very good for the price)

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises.

RRosyOur stay was extremely pleasant. From the very first moment, Vitali was very attentive and committed to making sure everything went perfectly. Upon our arrival, he even went out to help us easily locate the accommodation, which was a great touch.
Throughout the entire stay, he was attentive to our needs, always with a formal and friendly demeanor. He clearly explained how everything worked, including nearby supermarkets, and was also kind enough to provide us with complimentary public transportation cards, which was a plus we greatly appreciated.
Upon checkout, we were able to leave our luggage without any problems and then retrieve it with complete ease. Vitali was attentive and very efficient in this process as well.
The location is excellent. My only suggestion would be to improve the bathroom space a bit, especially with regard to the area for personal items. We would also have liked to have had an extra towel, since we were three people.
Otherwise, it's a very comfortable place that I definitely recommend. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

QQINYUANLocation is very central in the old city part but warned that it's not acceptable with a car and the actual check-in happens in a nearby sister property. Wish we get this info in advance especially since we were with a car and was truly hectic getting to check-in. Room decent but don't expect much.

AAnonymous UserEverything worked out perfectly! Hotel in the heart of the city center. Check-in and check-out were very easy. I highly recommend it and would come back anytime. There's a parking garage nearby, just a 5-minute walk away. However, the daily rate of CHF 35 isn't exactly cheap.
