ButiaotideyoukeThe hotel is in a great location, directly facing the lake and mountain views. But there are also many shortcomings: 1) The room is small, and it is a bit difficult to move with two large pieces of luggage; 2) The breakfast is average, and there is not much to choose from. 3) Luggage handling is a problem, because you can't park at the door of the hotel, and the parking garage is across the road, so you have to drag your luggage yourself. There are two steps from the road to the hotel lobby, and there is no elevator. Of course, the beautiful waitress is very enthusiastic and will help with the luggage. The service attitude of the waiter is very good.

Manny365No kettle and the room was quite small, but the location is super central. It's really close to Lucerne's main attractions, so if location is a priority for you, this place is a good choice. Switzerland is notoriously expensive, and this area felt a bit rural for the price. I'd estimate a hotel of this caliber would probably cost around 200 RMB in China. There's no free parking, so you'll have to find a paid parking lot nearby.

Check out these photos of the hotel and the surrounding streets in the early morning, featuring typical European retro architecture with aged red bricks and green tiles. The best part is its proximity to the train station! Just a few steps from the train, you can drop off your luggage and completely free up your hands, avoiding the torture of dragging suitcases over the old town's cobblestone streets. The front desk service was also impeccable, both warm and professional.
However, even with such a perfect location and amazing service, there's one fatal flaw – no air conditioning! Who would have thought that Switzerland in late May would defy expectations and be as hot as an oven? Accustomed to powerful air conditioning in Asia, returning to the room at night felt like a complimentary 'Swiss eco-sauna' experience. Location gets full marks, service gets full marks, but for the temperature, we had to rely on our strong willpower for some 'physical cooling'.

We stayed here for one week. The location is excellent—very close to the train station, with plenty of food options and supermarkets just around the corner, making everything very convenient. Self check-in a bit challenging, make sure you have your reservation number. The room is modern, simple but practical, with the basics needed for a short stay. We enjoyed our time and thank you for accommodating our request.

This is the first time I have written an evaluation. I have been back for 2 weeks. I still mentioned the pen for the purpose of hoping to give people suggestions and reference. The hotel is very good overall. Although the location is ten minutes walk from the train station, Lu itself is not big, so it is also fine. The hotel gave us a suite, two bedrooms, suitable for a family of three. The room was very elegant, especially clean. Although the weather was a bit hot, it seemed that it was okay to blow the fan at night. The scenery outside in the morning is very beautiful, very close to the ancient city wall, you can climb high and look far, very good. Breakfast is also delicious, it is a recommended hotel.
