RRTravelsHotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

AAA KikiLocation wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is great that the train station is just across the road. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Our room is having some problems initially but the staff is helpful and manages to change another room for us.

黄黄Hotel location is excellent, look at Lake Lucerne, breakfast is good, suitable for children but not extra bed, no parking. The attitude of the service staff is not bad, anyway, I will choose this one next time

YYimYWYGood is good, because the location is very good, you can see the beautiful river without walking for 1 minute. The bed was very comfortable and each person gave us a grain of sugar.
The biggest drawback here is that there is no breakfast, which makes us feel very hungry in the morning... But there is a pool here, which can be enjoyed slowly by those who like to swim. Although the pool is a bit small, it is quite good.

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises.

YYangguangxilepinganAs a B&B-style hotel, the family room we booked is more practical, with two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with a shower room. There is enough space for a family to live together, warm and comfortable. However, if you are traveling with friends, it is not very convenient. In the morning, when everyone has to wash and use the bathroom, the waiting time is really a bit long, which will delay a lot of itinerary arrangements.
The check-in process is really not worry-free. There is no convenient password lock to get the key directly, and there is no conspicuous reception guide. After arriving, you can only call the management staff. If you don't speak the language, it will be more troublesome, so you have to find a platform to deal with it. The hotel is hidden in a building in a residential area, mixed with ordinary residents. The surrounding streets are quiet, but if you don't pay attention, you will go to the wrong unit entrance door. It is quite difficult to find it. It would be better if you can put more effort into the check-in guide.
However, it is worth praising that the hotel's sanitation is well maintained, the room is clean, the bed is tidy, and the bathroom has no peculiar smell, which makes people feel more at ease. And there is no scary situation of someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night in other reviews, so there is still a sense of security.
In general, Galaxy Apartment Hotel has room types suitable for family living and good hygiene and safety guarantees, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in the convenience of check-in.

QQINYUANLocation is very central in the old city part but warned that it's not acceptable with a car and the actual check-in happens in a nearby sister property. Wish we get this info in advance especially since we were with a car and was truly hectic getting to check-in. Room decent but don't expect much.

GGuest UserVery nice stay in the absolute best location. Only complaint was that room hadn’t been cleaned at all prior to our self check in. Assumed that cleaners were running late but when we returned at 6pm the room still had dirty sheets on the bed and wet towels on the floor in the bathroom etc However the problem was very quickly resolved by calling the owner.
