酒店位置非常好，我們一早兩小時步行遊覽盧塞恩，陽台推窗就是教堂的尖頂。小小的，像是家庭旅店，鑰匙是留在前台桌子上的信封裏，沒有工作人員提供其它諮詢服務。房間沒有空調，半夜熱醒才發現有個台式風扇。總體來説性價比不高，沒睡好

Trip was great. Hotel located in a good area. Would however suggest for the hotel to be better equipped to counter the summer’s heat (e.g. stronger fans, lightbulbs that emits less heat).

We were so excited to stay in Boutique Hotel Schlussel seit 1545 because it looked like just the right place for us. However, that's not what ended up happening. Hotel cancelled all reservations unexpectedly because they are unable to honour them. No explanation.

Attention - the restaurant and hotel are “temporarily” closed despite reservations! It's an absolute shame to just stand in front of a closed door! We had made a reservation in the restaurant for the famous schnitzel - which all worked out. Now we stood in front of a closed door with a note saying “temporarily closed”.

We spent three nights at the Hotel Sclussel. It is located in the Old Town in a square with a fountain, church, restaurants and just blocks from the river and bridges. Very comfortable room and the breakfast is very good. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Schlussel. It is conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do in Lucerne. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel does not have A/C but at night we were able to keep cool with opening the windows and using a large fan they supplied.
