"The hotel is conveniently located near Lucerne train station, just a 10-minute walk or a short tram ride away. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the famous Chapel Bridge.
The hotel has a modern design, and the rooms are spacious. The only design flaw is that there's no door between the bathroom and the room – I wonder if all rooms have this layout?
The bedding was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Definitely recommended!"

"The room is very warm, the window is the cattle and horses of the farmers, very good natural environment, very quiet, breakfast is very rich. "Facilities: Beyond expectations. Each room is named after a place in Switzerland, and the decor varies accordingly. The room was spacious with many windows, offering views of the train station, the bustling market, and snow-capped mountains in the distance. The corner space was very cozy, and the toilet and bathroom were large.
Cleanliness: Very clean, with no overlooked spots. There was also a beautiful orchid in the room.
Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally gentle and friendly. They proactively and thoughtfully explained how to access water and where to drink it. The mini-bar was free, and upon check-in, we were even given extra bottled mineral water in glass bottles.
Environment: The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the train station, so no worries about carrying heavy luggage. All major city attractions are within walking distance, and the surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant."

"The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the train station and major attractions. It's a perfect choice for a short stay. "The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train station. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's and a Starbucks, and it's close to the bridge for easy access to boats heading to Mount Rigi. The only downside was the curtains didn't block out much light, so the room was quite bright at night. The evening I stayed, Spain won their semi-final match, and the street below was filled with fans honking horns and celebrating, which was a bit noisy."

"The room had many problems. The shower did not have a door and water leaked all over the floor, swelling the bottom of the bathroom door so the door could not be closed. The water also ruined the floor in the entrance. The bathroom tap was very loose, some lights were broken and the window handle was broken preventing the window from being opened or closed. The mattress was very hard and the pillow had too little stuffing in it. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world, this was the second worst room I have ever had."

The room is very comfortable & very high end. They gave complimentary chocolates, toothbrushes (the only hotel that provided these in the whole of my Switzerland trip) & Dyson hairdryer.
The service from the staffs here is top notch!
The spa is the best quality! My wife & I really enjoyed our time using the sauna, steam room & relaxation area. We went back twice.
Also celebrated my wife's birthday at Minamo Restaurant. Best Japanese Omakase dinner we ever had. My wife & I discussed on how are we ever gonna look at Japanese food the same ever again."

KKQKThe hotel room was spotless, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. I really appreciated the double lock for added security, and my individual capsule felt very private. The soundproofing was pretty decent too. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and providing excellent service all around. The hotel's central location is fantastic; it's just a three-bus-stop ride to the train station, and there's a Coop supermarket right next door. Having a microwave, kettle, and fridge was a huge plus – perfect for instant noodles and pre-made meals. The bathroom was spacious and private, complete with a hairdryer. The self check-in system was available in multiple languages, which was very convenient. All in all, a really great stay!

Ting Ying GohI had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind my little plushie elephant, which means a lot to me. The team kindly helped search for it, found it, and even arranged to send it to my next hotel, completely complimentary.
I’m incredibly grateful to the staff for their prompt help, thoughtful follow-up, and genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to the team for the wonderful service and care!

Manny365No kettle and the room was quite small, but the location is super central. It's really close to Lucerne's main attractions, so if location is a priority for you, this place is a good choice. Switzerland is notoriously expensive, and this area felt a bit rural for the price. I'd estimate a hotel of this caliber would probably cost around 200 RMB in China. There's no free parking, so you'll have to find a paid parking lot nearby.

Guest UserIt was a late check-in, so they left an envelope with instructions and keys for us. When I called reception, it turned out the manager spoke 6 languages, including Russian, and guided me through the check-in remotely. Special thanks to manager Bangin Salih for the prompt assistance with check-in and the attentive care for guests. It was a pleasure to feel such care and willingness to help in any situation. The quality of the bed linen was delightful, and the duvet and pillows felt like clouds 💔. The cleanliness, service, and especially the breakfast were beyond all praise 😍

The hotel was good and clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing was that there was no aircon and there was a heatwave. Luckily we caught the end of the heatwave and the fan sufficed - was not super comfortable but ok for a night as we had to leave super early.

Check out these photos of the hotel and the surrounding streets in the early morning, featuring typical European retro architecture with aged red bricks and green tiles. The best part is its proximity to the train station! Just a few steps from the train, you can drop off your luggage and completely free up your hands, avoiding the torture of dragging suitcases over the old town's cobblestone streets. The front desk service was also impeccable, both warm and professional.
However, even with such a perfect location and amazing service, there's one fatal flaw – no air conditioning! Who would have thought that Switzerland in late May would defy expectations and be as hot as an oven? Accustomed to powerful air conditioning in Asia, returning to the room at night felt like a complimentary 'Swiss eco-sauna' experience. Location gets full marks, service gets full marks, but for the temperature, we had to rely on our strong willpower for some 'physical cooling'.

Guest UserThe hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is typical for an Ibis, meeting expectations. Aside from the room being a bit small, everything else was great. The soundproofing is excellent; even though our room faced the street, it was very quiet. I'd recommend this for solo travelers or couples. A triple room would be a bit cramped, and you might bump your head on the top bunk if you're not careful. On the plus side, the location is fantastic with very convenient transportation. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

We stayed here for one week. The location is excellent—very close to the train station, with plenty of food options and supermarkets just around the corner, making everything very convenient. Self check-in a bit challenging, make sure you have your reservation number. The room is modern, simple but practical, with the basics needed for a short stay. We enjoyed our time and thank you for accommodating our request.

Guest UserThis was my first time staying in a hostel, and it wasn't as good as I'd expected. The room was quite basic, like a rented apartment in China. The weather was hot and humid, and there was no air conditioning. I couldn't open the window because of the greenery outside and mosquitoes. It was also very noisy, with lots of primary school students staying there, which I found odd for a hostel. The front desk said they couldn't do anything about the noise or the mosquitoes, which was a bit disappointing. On the plus side, they did have lockers for luggage, which was good.
