"This hotel offers incredible value for money! During the Spring Festival, it was less than 500 a night, which was perfect for a solo traveler. It even has a charming, vintage-style small balcony. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Lucerne train station, and directly below it is what feels like Lucerne's main commercial street. It's also very close to Migros. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Switzerland!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near Lucerne train station, just a 10-minute walk or a short tram ride away. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the famous Chapel Bridge. The hotel has a modern design, and the rooms are spacious. The only design flaw is that there's no door between the bathroom and the room – I wonder if all rooms have this layout? The bedding was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Definitely recommended!"

"Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort."

"Facilities: Beyond expectations. Each room is named after a place in Switzerland, and the decor varies accordingly. The room was spacious with many windows, offering views of the train station, the bustling market, and snow-capped mountains in the distance. The corner space was very cozy, and the toilet and bathroom were large. Cleanliness: Very clean, with no overlooked spots. There was also a beautiful orchid in the room. Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally gentle and friendly. They proactively and thoughtfully explained how to access water and where to drink it. The mini-bar was free, and upon check-in, we were even given extra bottled mineral water in glass bottles. Environment: The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the train station, so no worries about carrying heavy luggage. All major city attractions are within walking distance, and the surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant."

"We had a great stay! The location is excellent, and the room was spacious. The service was incredibly prompt and efficient. When we reported that the main room heating wasn't working, the staff immediately provided us with a portable heater， which made the room warm and comfortable. Great service!"
